The 2 guys I was in contact with were the best. I was the 2nd distributor in palm bch county to rent JARTRAN trucks back in the late 70's.(James a Ryder transportation), same owner of Ryder trucks so I know what I speak..your false advertising on the size if 15' truck is ridiculous! Your so called 15' measures 10 feet! I dont want to hear about that stupid little nook over cab, as you count that in the 15' length..what a con, lie, & false advertising..corporate is the only reason I didn't rate the location the best possible, guys were great, corporate sucks..

There is no advantage to do the check in on-line, scan my drivers license and enter credit card information, if when one goes to pickup the truck, has to go the same process again. Just FYI.

The truck stank of previous renters! We reserved this rental under our karate school and provided the required sales tax info. HOWEVER, your location still charged us sales tax. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I had reserved in Belle Glade for 7:30 am on May 4th. I had to rent from this unit. I rented a 20’ truck for $39.95 with 80 miles for travel back to the Glade’s at 1.19 a mile($95.20), $14 Insurance and $10 Dolly that suppose to be refunded since not on truck. Why when I turn in the truck, I was informed that I owe $42 for over mileage when I only traveled 53 miles to unload the truck. Destinations as follows: Easy Self Storage to Public Storage at 3111 Fortune Way 33414 for 6.7 miles then to 757 Palm Blvd 33476 for 34.4 miles then to 901 SW Ave C 33430 for 11 miles and finally to drop off at 524 Dr. MLK Blvd 33430 for 0.4 miles. Calculate the miles and what I was charged to see that I was over charged, because I had to pay the additional $42 at drop off location. My worst experience. I paid less renting from Jacksonville,FL to Wellington, FL back in November 2018. I did not find out location in Belle Glade didn’t open until 10am when I thought I was picking up the truck at 7:30 am.

First with prior reservation made literally last minute I was called by uhaul that vehicle was not available at first location. Then by no fault of location of second vehicle it took a couple of phone calls to confirm a second location it was available. Partly due that when you call for info the person you speak to is not on rental site. Considering I had 4/30/19 to pick up my son from UCF it made it a little more stressful then necessary considering I made a prior reservation.

My wife and I spent over two hours trying to pick up our vehicle. Website kept telling us the piece of equipment was not reserved for us even though I had paid in full, had a reservation number and was looking right at the truck. Between the two of us we called/were transferred to at least a dozen different uhaul lines and associates, twice being disconnected. We even called the 24/7 customer service numbered associated with our location twice both times no one answered. We eventually had to transfer our pickup to a different uhaul location that was physically open. After spending two hours sitting on a curb and wasting a large part of our day, a day in which we had a tight schedule, I asked if I could receive a discount. I was told I could have extra miles for my one way drop off. I didn’t need extra miles so I declined. I have rented 3 hauls this month alone. I will now consider the competition when rentening my next truck.

I rented a cargo van and was sent a text on where to pickup my van along with the confirmation number. When I arrived I was told they did not have any vans. So WHY DO YOU SEND ME A CONFIRMATION AND DO NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT???? I was offered a truck which sucks more gas, more difficult to drive, and overall way too big for what I needed. I will never rent from U-Haul again as this is the second time this has happened to me renting from U-Haul. I could have gotten a van at Home Depot, Budget, etc. but I trusted U-Haul. Never again.

This was the worst uhaul rental experience I've had. I rented online. I requested a dolly. It was on my confirmation form. I should have checked the truck first, but trusted uhaul from my past 6 experiences. I didn't find out until we were at our destination an hour away. Called uhaul. Was told it wasn't in my contract even though I had the email confirming so. Guy was unapologetic. Also, this was the first truck that I've ever had that had no ramp. So, we had no ramp and no dolly. Even worse, I got in the truck to drive and could not see over the steering wheel. I'm 5'2". I asked the same guy where the tilt was on the steering. He told me there wasn't one. I asked how I was supposed to drive if I can't see over the steering wheel? He said "Then don't take the truck." I couldn't believe it. So, I had to have another, taller adult drive the truck who wasn't supposed to be helping us do this 5 hour move. Which meant I had to spend the money to drive my own car an hour each way while he took the truck with one of my teen boys. This was extremely hectic and the guy working there couldn't have cared less. I will NEVER use this location again.

We called ahead, as the original place was closed on Monday and we wanted to return the truck early. Easy Self Storage was very nice on the phone and we were met at the door, the man took his fancy hand held gadget, went out to the truck and within 2-3 minutes told us that we were good to go! It was amazingly easy. Thank you!

We had a 26’ truck. There was no place to park the truck when returning it. It was a very small parking lot with multiple cars spread out and many smaller U-Haul vehicles. We had to wait for someone to leave 20+ minutes. I spent over 40 minutes on hold trying to get in touch with Uhual customer service. I would not recommend this site as a return site for a larger truck.

I have rented from Uhaul many times over these past few years. At least half of the time, there was an issue with the 'extra's' that were ordered. This time, they had NO furniture pads, when I order 24! As you can imagine, when renting a truck & counting on the supplies, and they do not have them - it throws off all of your planning.

I was charged for gas on my final bill, even though I had filled the tank up to the gas level the van had when I received it. I have never been charged for gas by uhaul before. I called the office twice but a manager never returned my call. Not satisfied with this.

We were told that we would be able to get the amount refunded when we returned the vehicle and it was not refunded. Called to discuss with management and have yet to receive a call back

Location charged for 2 days rental. Truck was returned at 4:03 Pm same day and office was closed. Truck was filled with fuel and cleaned. Called location and never received a call back. Also call complaint line and was assured that manager for location would return call. No returned call and no credit for extra day charge. I have been a U-Haul customer for over 40 years and have never been treated so poorly. Not sure whether this reflects on the company or the location.
