I was never called the day before to give an update that my uhaul pickup location was changed. When I got to this uhaul location in the morning, the lady at the front was not helpful whatsoever - she had noted since I was one hour late, I may not be able to pick up a uhaul. However, it is clearly noted that you have within an hour of your reservation time to pick up your uhaul. overall, it was not a good experience.

Didn’t have a dolly and wouldn’t reimburse me for the charges. Not having a dolly led me to take longer than planned and I was charged an extra session because of it.
