I did not receive an appliance dolly which was very inconvenient and slowed down my whole move. I didn't have time to run around to other Uhaul stores (which were probably closed on Sundays anyway) to get one, as the customer service person suggested. This should be noted UP FRONT to the customer if one is not available.Kelly V.

The truck was dirty and smelled so bad of cigarette smoke when I received it that I had to keep the windows open. I still was coughing the entire time. I returned the truck at the same gas level as when I received it but the dealer still charged me for 2 gallons of gas. I did had a spill in the carrying part of the truck that I did my best to clean up. I expected to be charged a fee for that but they charged me $100.00. I rent multiple times a week and the most I have ever been charged a cleaning fee more that $25.00. I suggest renting from a cooperate store. They keep the vehicles clean and don't look for ways to make extra money off their customers.TERRY M.

They know their u-haul inventory and confirm u will get what you ordered well in advance when other locations offer only 48 hours notice and it might be an inconvenient pick up location! Two things: 1.) The windshield had a crack that was across the width of the entire window. Normally, I would have not taken a vehical in that condition. 2.) Your Published rate of $19.95 is very misleading, because the .86 cents per mile is very high. .30 cents is high, and that is what Penske charges. Good way to get a customer, but a bad way to get a return customer.JAMES W.

I made a reservation at one location and they moved it to another location. My reservation was at 8 and the place didn't open until 9. We had people waiting to move and when called the original location they were not able to do anything. We were moved to some repair shop who has couple of trucks and isn't even uhaul location. Uhaul didn't care about what happened at all. That was the last time I will every rent a truck from them. Very disappointing.Peter W.

Made my reservation for virtual pick up for 7:30am (before the site opened) drove there and followed the directions to get the truck only to get an error message saying we weren't able to do it that way and had to wait 2 hours for the site to open. Called your customer service and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Never actually ended up getting through to anyone. Super annoying because we had to re-drive back out to the site and set our day back by 2 hours. The people at this location were wonderful and made the overall experience with Uhaul slightly better. Both gentleman were very nice and had us on our way quickly.Michae H.

the Problem is the whole experience was Pathetic I ordered a Trailer on line it was Not at the location I reserved, which changed Ed's , worked with me to work out the time issue, But I ordered a dozen moving Blankets and got None , I got a 2 wheeler instead I want a refund for the moving blankets that I Did Not get I am Not happy....Howard C.

Front desk assistant is friendly. But the truck was less maintenance. I picked up the truck and park in front of my house for loading. It took few hours to load all my furnitures in the truck. The engine couldn't start due to total dead battery. I called to this place and I had been told to contact Uhaul road assist team to solve the problem. I supposed the people from where I picked the truck will send me a battery. Because my house just 1 mile away from them. Unfortunately, I have to wait roughly 1.5 hours for the road assist team to come. It ruined my plan and cause several friends waiting for unloading the truck at my new house. Instead of doing nothing but wait, I asked help from my neighbor to jump the battery and start the engine. Before I leave I called the road assist team to bring the new battery to my new house. You know what I had been told? I had been told since the engine started the road assist team won't come. They CANCELED the assistant. Who know whether the truck can be ignited after we unloaded. Fortunately, the truck run as last. But the service was so bad. Really bad experience. Uhaul doesn't care their customer at all.Nan M.
