drive was too rough, a bunch of wrapped up glass still broke
Sofia CVan BE1977U (Contract #80556102) I am requesting a refund for two incorrect charges on my recent U-Haul rental. 1. Incorrect Fuel Charge – $10.92 At the time of pickup, the U-Haul staff member told me that the fuel tank was not full and that I only needed to return the vehicle with the fuel level at the same point as when I rented it. I confirmed the fuel level recorded on my U-Haul rental information and returned the vehicle with the fuel level at the same level. I have photographs showing the fuel level when I picked up the vehicle and when I returned it. Because I returned the vehicle after business hours, there was no staff member present to inspect it at that time. Therefore, the $10.92 fuel charge is incorrect, and I request that it be fully refunded. 2. Incorrect Mileage Charge At the time of rental, the estimated mileage was entered as 99 miles. However, the actual mileage driven was only 84 miles. The mileage charge is $0.99 per mile, so I was charged for 15 miles that I did not drive. The incorrect mileage charge is: 15 miles × $0.99 = $14.85 I therefore request a refund of $14.85 for the excess mileage charge. Total refund requested: $25.77+ taxes I have supporting documentation and photographs for these charges. Please review the rental records and correct the charges and issue a refund of $25.77+ taxes to my original payment method as soon as possible. Thank you.

Carlos OReturned on line and didn’t speak to anyone. Would like to not have to download the app to make a return. Silly and waste of my time while your app downloads onto my phone (thankfully I have a newer phone with space to download). Would be easier to return with a link exclusively for returns without the app. Have used this location before and they are very helpful
