Returned on line and didn’t speak to anyone. Would like to not have to download the app to make a return. Silly and waste of my time while your app downloads onto my phone (thankfully I have a newer phone with space to download). Would be easier to return with a link exclusively for returns without the app. Have used this location before and they are very helpful
Melissa LI brought the truck back with more gas in it than when I rented it but got no credit for the extra gas. I only used 6 of the 12 pads but got charged for the full dozen.
Bryan CBoth of the guys working on a Saturday were excellent. They helped solve the problem when the parent company U-Haul canceled my rental and never notified me, but they found another truck and also saved me money. VERY FAST and easy rental. Thanks, dudes! And thanks for giving my son the U-Haul piggy bank - he talked about how nice both of you were to him which means a lot coming from a six year old.
