Have the trailers where you say they will be and not change someone's reservation 3 times to the location. You need some serious work on your scheduling and dispatching

Guy at this place is screaming at my dad about owing him money for gas. How is that possible? I filled up to 3/4. If I don't get an apology from that guy and an explanation I will never use U-Haul again

I I ordered my Uhaul vehicle a week in advance and they called me 2 days before pick up, informing me I have to travel an hour out of the way to pick up the truck at another location. The individual at the facility told me when I drop it off at the Monessen Uhaul area, I can drop it off anytime between 9-12 PM. I showed up at 11 am and they charged me a $15 penalty fee for being late because they said it had to be dropped off before 10 am. The communication between the branches was horrible and I had to spend more in gas to pick up my Uhaul vehicle 2 days before relocating my house with no other options. Very disappointed in Uhaul. Generally their services are better. The facilities were very confusing as well. My wife and I couldn't even tell it was a Uhaul facility for each branch.

I shouldn't have had to go inside and get more paperwork. Plus when I owed money he didn't ask cash or card but instead tried to take money from the card immediately which ended up declining anyways because I pulled the money out of the bank earlier this morning. The enside smelled like something died with the mix of smoke smell

Ed was fine. My issue was with a man who was there with Ed. He asked me to sit on a swing with him and then when it started raining, he told me to get in out of the rain (again with him) because I was "sugar" and I would melt. I didn't find these comments to be the least bit appropriate and was very uncomfortable. I made my husband take the unit back after hours so that I wouldn't have to deal with this person again.

Because of some difficulties that probably could have been avoided but weren't I wound up moving free. That said the customer service on your 800 line was BEYOND outstanding. All of the personnel I dealt with be it in person or on the phone were exceptionally helpful, professional, and really concerned about my issues. I will NEVER move with any other company again.

I did not request insurance coverage. The gentleman at uhaul must have added it on his own. I am requesting a refund I'd $8.00.

Truck was not at original requested pick up location. I received a 50 dollar credit, but still had additional time locating Ed's place as well as waiting for new paperwork to be done. This put us behind moving daughter from apartment which was time sensitive.

There was no one there on Monday morning at 10:30 A.M. I called U-Haul and a representative advised me on dropping off the vehicle. Someone should be on site during normal business hours to assist customers.

It was dirty inside the truck. I had to drive an hour to pick it up...there are more than 20 locations closer and they sent me out here. It had no air conditioning and it was 90 degrees all 3 days we were driving.

Had to rent a truck that was way too big for what we needed. We paid $46 and $5 in gas for about an hours worth of use. Too bad we were in a pinch and had to get one in a hurry!

If we are required to have the truck cleaned when we drop it off, then it should be cleaned when we pick it up. Plain and simple. This is the second uhaul I've rented and the second time it's been dirty and gross inside the cab and the bed of the truck.

When we got there the man couldn't get his computer to work so he gave us the paperwork and let us take it and then when we brought it back he was going to overcharge us until my husband brought it to his attention. Then he couldn't get the credit card machine to work so I had to go to the nearest gas station and use the atm and get him cash. I have used Uhaul many times in the past and I have never had a good thing to say. I only use it because it is the only thing around for me to haul things.

The owner of this location should answer the phone with a salutation indicating that he is a uhaul rental professional. When I called to check on my pick up time, I wasn't sure if I had gotten the right number.

If the U-Haul truck was not parked in the front of the house I never would have found the place. It was a man who ran a mechanic garage out of his house/garage. There were no signs visible from the road. The steering wheel alignment on the truck was so off the steering wheel had to be turned just to drive straight. In addition the ABS light came on during my rental.

Although I rated this location as excellent...my overall experience with U-Haul was terrible. I originally reserved a trailer and was forced to rent a truck because you had no trailer available which then costed me $70 more than I bugeted for. I learn my lesson though I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN.

The trailer I picked up had only one turn signal no brake lights and a two foot chunk of ice on the side . I had to take it to be repaired before I could leave .

Merchant/Owner smokes (heavily) and the furniture pads had a heavy smoke odor. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and this affected me, immensely. In addition, the equipment was in poor shape and we were very dissatisfied with the overall experience.
