We had a dolly on our order, they didnt have the dolly. It took 45 minutes to be able to get the keys to our uhaul because you have to talk to someone from uhaul on the phone. And then when I dropped it off at the selected location I had a long discussion with uhaul. They tried to say dropped off at the wrong location even though my reservation email was a location close to where we moved. Next time we plan to use a truck and trailer and skip using uhaul all together

Disorganized pick up process. Truck was dirty inside and out

It was an absolute nightmare! we arrived and the equipment for our truck was not there. the owner was called and he was terrible! He wanted us to feel sorry for him because he'd been up since 4am, meanwhile WE had been up all night packing and we had movers booked. Our movers had to be delayed as it took the manager 2 hrs to NOT find us the equipment needed! We SHOULD have loaded at 7am instead we didn't get going until almost 10am in blazing heat! I had to rent equipment from Home Depot. I booked this rental 3 weeks in advance so expect to have ALL the equipment prepared not be told we are out in the entire city! thats NOT my problem. To top it off he spoke to me in derogatory tones and words! his staff member was stunned by it also. honestly UHAUL should get rid of this location, he is useless!

Did not have my rental ready . Had no clue I had a rental was an hour late renting was back an hour early and was charged 30.00 on top of the money already paid. Horrible location . UHaul is horrible as a whole from the first moment they charged the rental. I will pay more money to rent somewhere else.

Just an all around lackluster experience. But what do expect when it’s located inside a gas station/Express Mart. Got the truck (old model), it was dusty inside. Tank half filled. No utility dolly $10 rental. Had to go back to get it only to be given the $7 regular dolly. To not have the utility dolly on hand but was charged an additional $10 because we brought it back the next day. After the clerk told us to not worry about the charge because they charged and gave us the wrong dolly.

Scam company tried to get me to take a significantly smaller uhaul than i booked then charge me $185 by lying about the drop-off location after I returned the vehicle to the selected location. Avoid them

The only thing I can think of is oiling the ramp to make it easier for women to put it in the holes.

I’ve always went to a U-Haul store and gotten a better experience when I arrived early the employee had to call the owner to finalize the paperwork
