I was sent to Fort Erie instead of picking up in Niagara Falls as requested. Not only did this add a 50 min time delay I was also charged for additional mileage over my quote in the amount of 2.8 miles while the distance between Fort Erie and Niagara Falls is 19 miles. The cost was minimal the principal and inconvenience was substantial.MICHAELR S.
A few points for consideration. This location has exactly the same address as a house in the same town. There was definitely some issues with picking up Additionally, I booked in one city, was redirected to another and then moved again to this location. I strongly suggest to limit reservations to what is available to be reserved. Seems to be an increasing issue with uhaul overallKaren P.

We were rented an unsafe trailer for our travels from onatrio to labrador. Due to the unsafe and unproporly maintained equipment we were thrown around the roads and could not travel more the 20-40 km an hour with this trailer. We were spun out due to the trailer and because of its unsafe condition were forced to drop the trailer as our family's lives were at risk. We could no longer tow the trailer and tried getting roadside assistance to help us with NO HELP given being told there was no location around to help. We were unable to get said trailer with our vehicle and told uhaul this and were pretty much told there is nothing to be done. We were unable to get the trailer picked up for some time due to the lack of help from uhauls roadside assistance and uhaul in general and I am now strapped with a large bill because they left us with now help or answers on how to get the trailer to our home town from quebec where we had to drop it. I will never use nor recommend uhaul and be very sure to share our horrible experiences.Kara T.
Nothing , trucks are new ,well kepted. I watched on the news a couple of years ago how poor the uhall trucks were and l was hasetent. But anyone l know who is thinking about renting a uhall. I will recommend it 100 percent.gerald D.

Walked into a cloud of marijuana smoke, only to be treated poorly. Not given proper instruction and fall victim to being overcharged. Horrible experience overall, I own my own business and I would be livid if my employees represented me in such manor. Didn't care one bit about anything but taking as much money as they could from me and more. Never be backBRUCE M.

I made arrangements on Aug 3 for a one way 15" truck. Aug 28 I am advised my order has been updated to a different location and instead of 12:00 it is now 4:15pm. I contacted UHC OF HAMILTON Regional Traffic Office (905) 573-6006. I was told it was the only truck that was going one way no matter what size in the niagara region. It was such and inconvenience. I had made arrangements for others to help with the move. I don't believe that something as important as a move requires the times do not to change. Especially one way. I have used Uhaul before and had a great experience but this time was terrible . 4 hours later than scheduled and only notified the day before. I will not recommend your services to others.JOHNP G.

Clean the vehicles. Mine had mud inside and out. Dirty in the cargo area and ramp was covered in soil. More staff at this location. One person to run a gas station, variety store and Uhaul wasn't enough.Dustin K.

I reserved a truck in St. Catharines & was made to drive 45 kilometers to Gort Erie to pick up a truck. The St Catharines location is one kilometer from my home. Your policy says you garauntee pick up location. I then end up paying for extra mileage because of the extra drive. Nice job.Leroy W.

Didn't tell me about gas credit at first said it would be 1/4 full was empty told me to feel free to fill it up and drive it back down to empty which would've cost me more luckily I saw the gas credit before putting any gas into he truck . Don't understand why people would want to try and screw other people over in a time like this. Selfish plus truck had previous users tools left in it wasn't swept or anything.. after coming to check the gas and mileage of the truck he only asked if we swept it out we did but why not just check ? Have the equipment i pre ordered the day before ready for pickup. I got there nothing was ready .i was on a time crunch with traveling over 3 hrs to get there i needed to load my stuff and drive 3 hrs back .so i picked up the truck .went to load my stuff come back an hr later to get the tow dolly and auto hauler .i got back and still the paper work wasn't ready .due to language barrier i had to be on the phone for almost an hr to redo the order again .then i get the auto hauler to my location and my vehicle did not fit on it .Mike B.

No explanation of process and made sure he told me I was an hour late. No acknowledgment of very dirty muddy cab and unswept cargo area. Quite rude actually. I am paying for a clean dependable vehicle..when the inside windshield was completely filthy and mud all over the floor took my time away from things I needed to do.Carey C.

Your app is giving me problem. Its asking for location services on and my phone is location enabled yet could not check out the van. Secondly when I returned it wont allow this method more convenient.Jolex B.
Great service inside with the guys. I did call the 1-800# as I saw in small print....US dollars. The customer care person insisted that was right, even though I said over and over the rental is in Canada...she was just out to lunch. It was in Canadian...we are happy. The clerk had divided attention between watching the pump till and also had a personal call on speaker ongoing during the confirmation and processing of our rental. Friendly enough person but we felt like more of an inconvenience / unwanted distraction. Processing and out-the-door was acceptable, fuel in the truck was at half so if going any distance expect to fill it up. Location is accessible with a truck stop across the street for supplies too. I'd probably do express online check-in in the future.Leslie P.
