Check-in/Pick up process on my Android mobile phone did not work well. When I tried to take a photo of the driver (myself) and upload it, it failed and no further response. So I had to check-in with help from the representative. Return process on the phone works well.Yuan D.

This location did not give any assistance; everything had to be done online. I had problems retrieving the location when I returned the van. I tried to call at different times from 6pm to 10 pm. The system advised the wait time was 3 or 10 min but after waiting on line 3 times for 20-30 min I gave up. The call back feature was not available. I tried the next day & did receive a call back within 1 hour & the agent finished my return. If the system prompts were accurate the customer would know what to expect. I found the whole process incredibly frustrating.Roy M.

Great people. U-Haul advised that I could drop off my truck there, however, when I got there the people at the place told me that it was a pickup location only and trucks could not be dropped off there. As it was really close to my cut-off time, they made an exception and allowed me to drop off the truck there.HARVINDERSINGH G.
The vehicle interior was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke. There was garbage in the cabin space that was left by the previous renter. Vehicle interior needs to be cleaned. It was at the level of unacceptable.Megan K.
The elder person at the desk was really rude with us and ended up by insulting us . Hope fully and another uoung man over there was very nice with us and was able to gently explain things to us. I would never go back to this place ans I would not recommend this place.YABA ESTELLE A.
Check in took over 20 mins. The employee blamed the internet but it was painful standing there for that long. I had to swipe my credit card 4 times. DL wouldn't swipe after trying 4 times... he checked all 3 lock boxes for the keys then found them in the back of the truck we rented. I believe there is not great communication and training at this location.Michael L.

The padlock for the back was broken - the shackle was not aligned with the base so it could not go in. The lock should be tested as part of the vehicle inspection before the truck is given to a customer. I was unable to lock the back with all my belongings. Luckily nothing was stolen.Adam M.

My recomendaruon is that uhaul can withdraw this location from Mr Jim ,this person have no courtesy whatsoever and the cargo van was so dirty lots of dust on the dash board and steering wheel was sticky my hands got black so you can imagine . Specialy during Covid 19 times I must recomend please send your inspection team to check his vehicles and customer services and you will find out how disrespectful Mr Jim and the uhaul trucks as well , This location will ruin the dignity of uhaul very soon and as for as I am concerned this is my last time renting from uhaul because of this location ThanksSHAFIQUR B.
Location switched to the mobile pickup which took an hour and the app hung and would not complete properly so we had to go in anyway, if it was outside normal business hours we would have been stuck, not a good experience, will not recommend this experience to anyone.Bryan A.
Unfortunately the location was quite far from the location of the move. Therefore a lot of extra mileage charges accrued because it had to be returned to the same location. Also, the lock did not work. It should be checked before the truck is released. Otherwise, I was happy with the truck, easy to drive.RONALD B.

Not sure if location I think more uhual process with Covid but this online checkin check out is outrageous it should not take 40 mins to check in and be asked for 2 alternate numbers and alternate drivers licenses and pr passport All these pictures etc. Literally will think of renting something different next timeSTEPHANIE B.
All virtual truckshare pickup. Very convenient, but system seems to work best with iphone and there is no one there to assist if there are issues. No attendant on site despite being there during business hours. Customer service and online booking systems seemed unaware that 24/7 was a available at this location so we booked during business hours. We later received notification that our reservation was changed to truckshare. Review reflects overall process not the site specifically. The truck I reserved was not there, so I was given a smaller truck and paid more because of driving extra. The staff at this location was not helpful, and just kept saying call uhaul, don't come in and talk to us. I will not be renting uhaul again, and will be recommending my family and friends to do the same. Terrible experienceRYAN W.

Process wasn't that bad while taking out and dropping off during weekends . Just the gas was less and returning back to same level there was some confusion and eventually having pictures to prove helped. So take pictures before u start and drop off on weekends.VIJAY IYENGAR C.
