I couldn't figure out how to enter the facility and the person working didn't answer my calls the first 4 times I called. She also didn't inform me of the extra 20 dollar fee I would incur if I did not take a picture of the gas and the mileage when I returned the truck . I ended up only finding this out after I already put the keys in the drop box. Terrible service

Customer Service was Outstanding! The van was brand new and incredibly easy to drive. I found the HD backup camera camera was immensely helpful. I was very surprised to find the monitor in the rearview mirror.

There was a Service Warning came up "Traction Control". I called the location manager. She requested the assistance from U-haul main office. I did not hear back from U-haul main office. The warning message went away after I restarted the vehicle.

Work with the customer and don't adhere to blind black and white rules when you are dealing with an individual, it cost me a lot of extra money unnecessarily and I will not be renting here again.

Although the van was dirty on the outside, it didn't really affect my usage. The inside was clean and the gas tank came full of fuel, unlike most locations. The rental office is inside a very secure steel fence and they are sometimes not immediately available to answer the phone to let your vehicle in.

I want a refund!! I doubt with the rudest and most disrespectful employee I have ever dealt with in my whole life! She overcharged me for things I didn't purchase! You charge me for miles I did not drive! I don't understand how you have is employing such rude and experienced and qualified employees! When will I get my refund?! This was the worst experience I've ever experience with U-Haul and may never use them again because of this! Give me a refund

The first issue was the inclusion of the SafeMode $14.00 Charge which I was never informed of or given a choice to OK or decline. If she asked if I wanted cover I would of and usually said no as my auto policy cover this kind of rental. I would like this charge removed or returned to my credit card. She did not do a walk around for damages no look for any engine warning lights. There was a warning of some kind and I did tell her she should check on it. Otherwise the truck worked fine and the trip was easy.. all went well on that part. Regards, Tim Shaner (PS She did misspell my last name 'Schaner' should be Shaner per my ID.)

I paid for a dolly but did not receive it. Even after they doubled checked with me at the counter that I ordered a dolly. I figured it would be in the truck since they did not give it to me at the counter. It was not. And I didn't have time to turn around and go back. Two tiny 20 year old girls moving super heavy furniture without a dolly is absolutely miserable. This move was by far the most miserable experience of my life and that was heavily influenced by the lack of equipment. Hopefully I will not be charged for the dolly. The after hours return information for the truck was also extremely confusing and vague. There was nowhere to park the truck. Very frustrating after spending hours moving furniture by hand. This location is not easy to locate or maneuver. The signs are very confusing and parking is terrible.

When I picked up the van the woman told me to call if the van was going to be dropped off later than 11am on my drop-off date. I told her that we would definitely be dropping off later than that and she said that that was fine, and let me know where to leave the keys if it would be after business hours. the day I got a voicemail the morning of my drop off saying that the van was late and that they had tried charging my card - this location charged the card I used to hold the vehicle after letting them know I would be paying with my employers card upon dropping off. After we got to the location to drop off the van they reversed the charge on my card, but it cancelled the reservation and they were unable to charge the correct card. After waiting for two hours they said we could leave and to just leave the card information so they could charge it once they heard from someone higher up. A few days later I get an e-mail saying that my van wasn't paid for and that I needed to pay the full balance. So I call the rental place and they ask for the card information again, and let me know that they'll call and get that taken care of. Then today, almost a month later I get an e-mail saying that my card has been charged and a late fee applied even though I had attempted to pay twice and had not been notified either time that the credit card hadn't worked or possibly wasn't even attempted. I've rented Uhauls for years without issue in Chicago, a few of those years renting every weekend for months so I know how it's supposed to go, and know that this was grossly mishandled

I called because local office charge me 2 days and we return car earlier .i asked for only 1 day rental charge and also to get refund for flat fee refill . We were NOT informed at contract signature about that . I open a dispute case ref : 1412606

The truck had a strong smell of urine, but it was clean. It's gas tank wasnt full, which caused a great inconvenienced forcing us to make a stop at to pump gas under the rain. Also, the contract wasnt fully explained to us nor the office hours of the location.

Arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after scheduled and confirmed time. Everything was packed, broken down and ready to go, it took an hour and a half to load a bed, dresser, night stand, coffee table, love seat, sofa two end tables and 15 boxes and there were two of them. To top it off, my bed frame has scratches and gouges where it was dragged. They sent two extra people to help unload the truck or I wouldn't have gotten the truck back before the uhaul closed. The uhaul had a client that couldn't use the truck when I was supposed to be done because of the pace and lateness of the crew.

Strange location and a little tricky to get to. We went to the wrong Uhaul since there are several in very close proximity. Frustrating mistake when you are trying to coordinate the movers and getting across town.

Getting the truck not fully filled up and having to try to return it on the same gas level is confusing to me. Why not handing it out fully filled, then everyone knows how much to fill up in the end.

It took a half hour to complete the paperwork and get our vehicle. They said the computer was slow. This was not acceptable to us as we arrived exactly as we said we would and had someone waiting for us and we were late. The clerk was very apologetic, but that still does not make up for lost time. I also called this location specifically for a van and the night before we were to get the vehicle they called and said a van was not available. I understand things happen, but we ended up with a much bigger vehicle, paid more for gas and more for insurance.

I picked up the truck and I was told to return it with the same amount of gas. I was told by the clerk the amount of gas the truck apparently had but it didn't register with me. By the way, the clerk never went out to see the truck or check the gas for herself. I took a look and it was on the line just below full. After doing my moving, I stopped by the gas station and put two gallons of gas. I had driven 15 miles and the needle pointed to the same spot that it was when I picked up the truck. I know it probably doesn't take 2 gallons to drive 15 miles in that truck, that would be very unproductive for all involved. When I got back to the location, I was told that it was not enough gas. It was lower than where it was when I picked it up. The clerk confirmed I had driven only 15 miles but she said I was going to be charged $10 for gas anyhow. Really? I spent over a dollar for every mile I drove in gas. Incredible!! I was very disappointed. I don't believe the clerk really checked the amount of gas that the truck actually had. I had been a customer of U-Haul for a long time. I don't think I'm going back to U-Haul.

I can't say enough wonderful words to describe my experience renting a uhaul truck at EZ Storage, Burbank and having Ana assist me. Ana was so helpful and it was easy to see that she takes pride in her work. Ana gets a 5 stars out of a possible five and then some.

It's a little challenging to find the place the first time you go there. It's worth it to add special instructions on how best to access the location -- what streets to use, etc.

Before I went to this location I brought along my paper work which I downloaded, I was trying to tell her that I got all these paper work and rudely answered that she does not need them. The rep at this location is rude, obnoxious, disrespectful and does not deserve to be dealing with customers. She's even questioning me on my time of arrival and return of the pickup truck considering the rental is minimum of 4 hours. I was asking her for her name and rudely answers me " it in the receipt " This person is a liability to your company. Hopefully this will not go in deaf ears and do something. In other words customer service at this location needs considerable improvement especially for this rep.

Rented a van from 10:15-2:15. Was told that the woman would be on lunch from 2-3 and therefore I would not be not able to return my van at 2:15. She was at first very kind and said that we could return it anytime after 3pm since she would be back. I called at 3:05 to let her know we were on our way. She snapped that she had another couple waiting for the van at 3:15...what? I didn't get the van back to her until 3:30 because I was too far away, she was extremely rude and said the other customers left because I was "late." No, if she had told me that morning that she had another reservation at 3:15, I would have returned the van at that time. Instead she was incredibly rude to me and then even ruder when I told her I didn't want the van for another four hours. I will never rent from here again. Awful experience.

We had a van reserved at 2:00. Arrived at 2:15 to find the office closed for lunch until 3:00. No van was available at the site... took the next largest vehicle. By the time we got the vehicle traffic was too bad to make our delivery commitment. Returned the vehicle... would like a credit.

These people were not accommodating when I figured that I couldn't make it on time! I was driving +70 miles to get there & had no idea they closed at 5pm! If I hadn't called to double check I would've driven all that distance in vain! Then they charged me an arm & a leg for the extra miles that I had to drive cause THEY fell short of a good customer service! I much rather not deal with them anymore.

Part of the issue with EZ Storage is simply how difficult it is to access and how limited the nearby street parking is. I was lucky to find a parking space, but if there's any type of crowd here, it becomes a hassle rent a uhaul truck here. Plus, the entrance to the place requires a little extra work to access -- perhaps this can be noted on the uhaul website just so customers will be better prepared for it in advance.

The windshield was dirty. I drove early morning into the sun and caught a lot of glare. Van was dusty outside, but that didn't bother me. Only the windows. Also, this location closes at 2 for lunch. Site let me book my pick up for 2. Had to wait till 3 for my rental.
