MARK G.The representative of this location was unaware he had a rental. When I showed up no one was there and my hands free checkin was not set up properly.I was given a number to call, but that guy was not the rep from the location I was at. I left a message and waited for a return call stating the problem was fixed. The call never came. I checked after 10 min to find, on my own, that it had been fixed. So got checked in. No key to be found. Call again. While I'm on the phone the rep shows up, fortunately, because he owns a barbershop and cuts hair by appt only. He got me the keys, which were inside of his shop and said he was informed of the rental. I get in the truck and it's basically on empty, fortunately there was a gas station near by. It had the windshield cleaned off, so not sure if the previous renter had just dropped it off that day. An hour later I'm finally driving away. I don't blame the rep at the location. I feel this was on uhaul.

James C.I only got 6 of the 24 blankes I ordered, did not get my dolly, and there was a trash can full of leaves in the trailer. I had to contact customer service for a refund on what I did not get and from my experience I will never use uhaul again.

LOUIS ARTHUR M.Reserve on line at this address I talked to this guy in person and tried to reserve a 15 ft that was there he wouldn't do it said he would have a lot more coming in on the day I was to pick up when I got there was none and had to rent a 20 foot which was to big had No choice cost me more money.

RICARDO C.There is no local number for the location online, I had to go to the location to get a contact number. The straps on the car tote were weathered, and came off during transport. I put one on, my friend put one on. He is a trucker, and hauls double trailers. It was not opperator error. I returned the equipment a little over an hour after the contract, and got an extra days fee. And insurance charge, and taxes. I have rented from another uhaul location, and had zero issues. I dropped off an hour late there as well, again, no issues. For the extra days charge, not even pro-rated, and I would understand that, I will be doing buisness with white spruce trailers going forward. My brake lines were damaged when the straps came off, I will need to replace them. Things happen, I get it. I did not, and will not file a claim, even though I have coverage. Sorry, but I am not happy.

JUSTIN B.Make sure the vehicles have full fuel tanks BEFORE renting them, so that you don't accidentally charge your customers almost $30 in fuel that they didn't use. Also, be timely with refunds. It has been almost 5 months and I'm still waiting for a refund on that...
