The customer service was excellent.
TRACY BPlan on it taking an hour to get the truck. I had an 8 am appointment for a rental from a person. When we arrived, the signs said it opened at 9 am. When I called the help number on my email, they said I was signed up for a mobile check in and that my pickup time was 9:45! All my confirmation emails/app data said 8 am and in person pickup. We had trouble with the mobile check-in and it was quite a hassle. We finally got a helpful person on the phone who overrode the problems and got us checked in.

Cynthia DUhaul changed the address of drop off without evenly sending any notice. I am very disappointed with the service and the disrespect of the manager Leticia Avalos from the original place in 5333 North Frwy. I had to drive faraway in the middle of an emergency I had. Not happy at all..
Yesid PMuddy gravel lot with potholes. Met the minimum requirement of having space to store a U-Haul truck, but nothing more. A paved lot would be better.
Peter LInside the office, a literal maggot fell from the ceiling and almost landed in my hair. The truck was disgusting- there was mud in driver area and crumbs all over. I will NEVER return to this location, and this experience makes me want to use Penske or a different company
LOGAN GThe truck was not properly aligned or balanced. While driving, the steering wheel was tilted to one side. One of the front lights was not working, so at night I only had one headlight. The back of the truck was dirty and had a bad smell. Overall, this was not a good experience with my U-Haul rental.
Joan Mpoorly trained clerk but otherwise OK.
WILLIAM SThe clerk was new and needed better training. She didn't do plus selling like a normal clerk so I had to remind her I needed to rent furniture blankets and then she put them on a new order instead of all in one like my previous U-Haul experiences.
WILLIAM SI was not aware of where the business was located, it is not a normal U-Haul location. Very confusing.
