The clerk was new and needed better training. She didn't do plus selling like a normal clerk so I had to remind her I needed to rent furniture blankets and then she put them on a new order instead of all in one like my previous U-Haul experiences.
WILLIAM SI was not aware of where the business was located, it is not a normal U-Haul location. Very confusing.
