I didn't have good cell service and I dropped off the equipment at 1am. So I had to make some phone calls the following day to make sure the check-in was complete. The personnel over the phone was very helpful in assuring me everything was taken care of. Don't know if there is anyway to improve that though. This is Nebraska, after all. Cellular service is a myth here.John F.
the Location in Nebraska was late when I went to pick up car. I had her put car on Dolley and when turned it in the chains were not on properly and luckly nothing went wrong during my 14 hour trip. She didnt inspect the truck with me and the truck had a lot of damage. I took it upon myself to take pics of it to have proof of damage. Also in 26foot truck there was uhaul covers that smelled like cat Piss. There was also a utility dolly in back that was never accounted for. I could have taken it and no one would have known. I also had to clean truck out in back. It smelled really bad and there was some kind of residue on it that I mopped up. Needless to say I spent and extra hour or more to make sure my stuff didnt smell bad. I am a truly believe if I pay $3500 for serviceI should have been better quality.Billy P.

my reservation got mixed up and when it was time to pick up I had no truck I called uhauls number and local dispatch area they were both extremely rude and unhelpful to me if it wasn't for the local shop I would not of had a truck or a place to stay because I had to be out of my home a day and a half after me originally pick timeLarry B.

There was a young lady working when i picked up the unit and she was having to handle three customers at once. She did a good job of handling my service and sent me her number to call if necessary. That helped when i dropped it back off at the location, as all i had to do was call her and send a picture of the returned trailer.Dann S.

A woman named Samantha that took my reservation by phone there was extremely rude & unfriendly. Needed rental badly so went to get it anyway & the front guy didn't know anything about it, had to completely start over. Very insulting guy even snarkily making a comment about me not understanding things/technology â€˜because I'm oldâ€. (I'm 51 and little did he know I'm a technology EXECUTIVE.) He was very condescending. He unsafely used his personal phone to take my information. When I expressed I preferred to enter my card info myself he rolled his eyes and then purposely tried to watch my entry and CVV even with my privacy concerns. I can't think of a worse, unprofessional experience I've had anywhere. There even is a cat/cat house, litter, food in the LOBBY; cat jumping all over the counter. It was a truly disgusting place that shouldn't ever be referred to as a business.Nancy C.

The form showed 1/4 tank in UHAUL, but it was below empty as I pulled away. I called right away and they said I would receive a credit. I brought it back on 1/2 and so far have not received a credit. Truck was also dirty outside and floor of storage was dirty- seemed like oil. Overall it was good and did the job and the staff were friendly and helpful. Who do I need to contact about refund I was promised? We returned truck in Wahoo.GINA J.

Loved being able to use U-Haul Truck Share 24/7! When I need to rent again in the future, I will be using that service! If anything, I wish there had been more trucks available - the 10' I had to rent was far more than I needed. Would have been nice (and far more comfortable) to use a pickup or cargo van.Cari S.
Looking at the building from the outside it is hard to expect much. The clerks professionalism more than made up the difference. The only complaint that I do have is that I picked up the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas. When I returned it it had a full tank of gas. To my knowledge there is no provision in U Haul policies to reimburse the customer for the extra expense.Lloyd B.

Issue #1 I returned the trailer on Saturday May1st. It is now Monday evening May 3rd. I'm now still waiting for a receipt/ invoice I need this this invoice before I can submit my invoice. I called to request this invoice and she indicated I would get it â€œsoonâ€ I request a 10% discount for this poor performance Issue #2 We arranged a pick up time and the owner of the rental establishment was 30 minutes in arriving so we sat waiting outside her building. Made Reservation but when I went to pick up trailer 2 days later no one was around. I had to do contract over phone, hook up trailer and check condition myself. I did not know what was on contract until after return and contacting customer service. I Returned trailer at night and had no way to check in so contract showed I returned next day even though I contacted customer service when returned.gary R.
Customer service. Checking in equipment. I struggled a lot to find an auto transport trailer. I began my quest online at your webpage. Tried to book one online and it didn't work, then I call. Whole other deal there with the exact pulling capacity of F250 and whatever; anyways, none available after that had deal, so not until I had gone through the whole process was I told there weren't any available at all around Colombus, NE or Omaha, NE on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday). I stop by UHaul in the evening as I'm in the neighborhood. And what do I find? Yes, an auto transport trailer. Store had just closed 20 minutes prior. I go in the morning at 10am to attempt to rent it and I have some luck. It had not been checked in the shift before and I reserve it. I had to drive to Colombus to get the vehicle I was pulling with and it just so happens the UHaul there is on the same block as aunt's restaurant. There's two auto transport trailers there. I had to drop off the auto transport trailer at this same location and they had not been moved at all. So why were these auto transport trailers not showing up online? Had they not been checked in either? I used the trailer to save some money on the towing of broken down car. It was inconvenient to have to go through this whole spiel.Gustavo C.

They said I didn't bring back the uhaul which is funny because we had wait 10 mins for employee to show up and website said they closed at 2pm but at 1pm they were gone. They rented our reservation the day before. We drove about 65 miles to pick it up and they didn't have the courtesy to call us. They finally called and said there were 3 65 miles away.. when we got there they didn't have it wouldn't have it for an hour. Will not rent from u haul again.Jeff L.

This location switched my auto transport to a car dolly. Completely unacceptable for a rear wheel drive classic car. They further sent me to another location for that car dolly, without telling me of the change. The manager (Samantha) blamed the change on the U Haul company, when she had been the one to arbitrarily make the change. The morning before, on the phone, she had assured me that an auto transport would be waiting on Saturday morning. I believe she is a U haul location, only to use auto Transports for her auto detail business, as a customer SUV was stored parked on an un hitched auto transport. If the regional/dispatcher? had not stepped in, I would have had to drive several hours out of my way. Next time I will tow an empty auto transport from home, to avoid any others of this sort of dealers.gene P.

I rented out a u-haul truck for two days (I was told by the dealer that if I only used the truck for a day I could return it a day early and receive a refund). Equipment was good. Poor customer service.Katherine K.
I still have not recieved my deposit money back that she told me was in the mail. Almost a month has gone by plus i got bit by the owner of the establishments dog. Said they were open but no 1 was there. I pd w a check so i shouldve gotten cash back when i went in after 5 attempts and they still wernt open even thou there sign said they were. That is not my fault so shouldnt have to wait any longer to get my mobey back. Plus ive moved sincw then not happy at all.LIndsay L.
