The AC did not work and it was 90 degrees outside. The AC in their other truck didn’t work either.
RICHARD JMy review has nothing to do with Fishhawk Storage, as they were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location if trucks I rented had been in better shape. Maybe other vehicles at that location are okay but I don't know. My review only concerns the condition of the UHaul trucks I rented. The air conditioning did not work on the first truck so they brought me a second one. It was over 90 degrees with a 76% dew point so air conditioning was mandatory. The second truck was older with over 133k miles and was a rough ride. My husband had to tighten the lug nuts on the rear wheels and the entire area of the wheel mounting surface was covered with some sort of grease/ brake fluid? idk. The front exterior and wind shield was filthy, covered with love-bugs. It was a bumpy ride for the furniture because of poor suspension. I've never experienced a rental truck in such condition.

ROBERTA BSuper convenient to our location, so lots of equipment being dropped off, to the point of there being a traffic jam, so not a quick drop off. The employee apologized and thanked me for my patience, then walked out to meet me where I parked the truck so I wouldn’t have to walk back.

JAIME CExtremely dissatisfied! I asked for a closed trailer and was told they were rented out. When i returned my rental, both were still there. VERY unprofessional and was not knoweable about the products. I was told the manager was called off on an emergency. I was not able to fit everything in the open trailer and so had to make 2 trips which caused a huge amount of trouble for me.

Bambi at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable - she got us in and out very quickly. The whole experience went smoothly and we’re using them again in the near future.

JUSTIN SThe U-Haul representative was awesome. My rating has to do with the fact that the trailer that I rented got a flat tire on my way home. Not just a flat tire, the tire was completely shredded. I was stranded on the side of the road with a loaded trailer for over an hour in the pouring rain while I waited for roadside assistance to come and change out the tire. Do better with maintaining your equipment, U-Haul!
