Michael MUnfortunately they no longer have the ford transit for rent (better fuel economy, size and other features) which has meant I have had to look elsewhere for my rental needs much of the time now.

VALDEMIR DAdjustments are needed on the rear doors to ensure the latch cannot move past the top of the cab unless locked into the open position. The created a very dangerous situation - one had to push the door back towards the front of the truck, place you hand on the latch system whilst the door was being held, and release the latch so that the door could be closed. If the door were to release, there was a vey real Chance one could loose a fingers.
Mark JEven with his “10 years of doing this” Ed should not be the GM, what an awful example of the company. He was extremely unprofessional and quite honest, rude. He talks over people, doesn’t give the benefit of the doubt when things are just a misunderstanding. Instead of educating with professionalism and offering solutions, he waits for you to figure out the solution with HIS company and chastises you because you don’t know all the ins and outs to U-Haul. Absolutely absurd to deal with him and will tell everyone to avoid this horrendous location. Such a shameful experience.
