Janaina WCheck out was quick. Office personnel was nice. There was trash in the back of the truck when I got it. The radio did not work. To keep the truck going straight I had to constantly be turning the steering wheel to the left. Seemed to be more than just alignment.

THOMAS BEvery vehicle should be filled with gas. I was in the rental business for many years and this is how you get people. I was expected to bring the van back with 5/8 tank of gas. Fill every vehicle, if they aren’t brought back full, charge the renter but fill it again.
Michael WThe receptionist never answers calls, and I have a huge issue that they will not address. They are committing fraud by over doing the return mileage that’s in the truck when you return it. So that your credit card gets charged again from the original payment. Someone needs to put a stop to it. Either their equipments are defective or someone is doing it on purpose. But they are very poor with communication!

ROBERT WThe truck was filthy inside and out. The passenger door was broken. They charged for gas when we returned it ,even though it was exactly were it was when we rented it. My mistake, I didn’t get a receipt when I got gas and I didn’t take a picture when i returned it.

Ramona DTrailer tire blew out 5 miles from location. Tow truck was fairly prompt. Entire trailer had to be removed from service, but the dealer gave me another one with no problem. Will use them again!

scott dIve rented with Uhaul twice this year, the ease of ordering on line and the payment process are top notch. The two locations where i picked up the trailer the inside was dirty. The last trail at flagship had bedding inside which i requested an employee to please clean out. On the other hand, the drop off location is excellent, same owner very proffessional and helpful.
