The person who took the order did promise that $25 will be reimbursed if I will return the trailer on the same day. And I did! After 6 hrs I dropped the trailer on Maple Rd, troy, MIVIOREL C.

The steering wheel was slightly sticky and there was the smell of smoke or something in the cab. maybe clean out the trucks prior to dispatch? I didn't see any COVID-19 information in the cab or on the paperwork regarding sanitation, etc.Michelle M.

Truck ran great, a/c worked great too. lol The process of taking pictures of my license and then the checking out process was a little confusing for a 1st time renter. Over all it was a good experience though.Adam B.
The person working the desk was very nice, but she did not know how to fix my reservation. Uhaul cancelled my reservation and the worker at this location had to call customer service and put me on the phone with them to have them make a new reservation for me. I asked why my original prepaid reservation was cancelled. They said because the location was closed, I informed them I was currently standing in the store and they in fact were not closed. So I had to pay again for the truck I reserved and wait for my refund from the original reservation.Laura R.

My usual was due back on Sunday but I took it back Saturday instead and the guy working failed to check the truck back in so I received an email saying it was not returned yet and I was still being charged. Needless to say the email came threw on Tuesday so by this time I was already being charged for 2 extra days. I have rented ubauls many of times but this time has made me question whether or not to EVER rent from this company again. I wasn't even compensated anything for all the hassle I went threw nor did I receive an apology from the company I returned the truck to or from Uhaul themselves. Extremely unhappy with the customer service I received when it came to returning the truck.Jessica C.

They seemed disorganized and it took several minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. They mentioned there were issues with U Haul's service portal and they were very contrite about the issues we experienced, which is why they were not rated any lower. If they seemed even a little more organized, I would've rated them higher.JOHN P.

I would appreciate a warning that I was to pick up at an alternate location. I thought I was renting the truck from where I said I was renting the truck, but the location changed. I had put it in my phone when I rented. When I got there: no truck... because it was at the other place 3 miles away. This burned up an hour because I had been dropped off. The pick up was kind of hard to figure. There is a sign on the bar next door. That's not it. It's the flooring place (no sign but lots o' trucks). In general, nice enough guy. Saved me $100 by recommending a different drop off. Props for that!Bryon M.

I've rented from U-haul many times and I've found I will rent equipment from the smaller dealers before I ever go back to the main store in Muncie,IN. The week before I had a trailer reserved 5 days in advance at the main store. Went to pick it up on Monday July 1st and no trailer. All they told me was they would credit me $50. The small store on Madison Ave in Muncie,IN baled me out for the next trip the following week. I'll rent from his store from now on. This positive review is for the Madison street location.Ed C.
