Had to call the next day. Returning after hours and instructions on video is impossible to understand. They had to return my deposit via e-transfer. Thank goodness Aubrey knows what he is doing, because nobody else seems to.

Emile AIf I was just rating the Flying J Southeast location I would have given 5 stars, however I got a total run around from U-Haul. U-Haul called me a day before my booking and asked if I would switch my pickup location to a further away location. I agreed and went to the new location for my 10am pickup. When I got there wasn’t anyone there and the office was closed. After calling the location number I was told that someone would be there in 10 minutes. When the person arrived he told me that the truck I rented was broken and they did not have a replacement at that location. I was told the U-Haul would be calling me to discuss my options. After another 10 minutes I got a text telling me that my new pickup location was now Flying J. U-Haul made my rental much more stressful then it needed to be!

Nzeba MWhen I came to pick up the truck, the computer systems were “down“ or not working properly, which is apparently a regular occurrence. The staff remained calm and professional, and did an exceptional job. Upon arriving in BC, obviously the truck had a leak in it and some of my boxes pictures and mattresses got soaked.

I could not check out my vehicle online when I picked up my vehicle after branches office hours and could not return my vehicle on line during office hours on return. So pathetic. Has happened multiple times. I rent once a month so very inconvenient and have had this problem multiple times in the past.

Russ HComputer system was down and reservations couldn't be accessed. Line up of people waiting filled the store as it was month end moving day. Aubrey was efficiently getting all customers set up all while fielding constant calls from people demanding to extend their rentals after being late to return them. Clearly a high stress situation that Aubrey handled exceptionally well and maintained a calm demeanor while being very pleasant to each customer. A potentially very negative & frustrating experience was made positive.
