customer service was great
James CClean the truck interior and provide a full tank of gas to make it easier when returning.
Bob FTruck engine light on, andvehicle constantly revving to try to get any speed therefore a lot of gas was used for 29 miles.

Nzeba MWhen I came to pick up the truck, the computer systems were “down“ or not working properly, which is apparently a regular occurrence. The staff remained calm and professional, and did an exceptional job. Upon arriving in BC, obviously the truck had a leak in it and some of my boxes pictures and mattresses got soaked.
PAUL KBrigette was a pleasure to deal with. It went very smooth with the pick up and drop off.

DALE AThe Uhaul app never works and is so flawed. I could not check out my vehicle online when I picked up my vehicle after branches office hours and could not return my vehicle on line during office hours on return. So pathetic. Has happened multiple times. I rent once a month so very inconvenient and have had this problem multiple times in the past.

Russ HComputer system was down and reservations couldn't be accessed. Line up of people waiting filled the store as it was month end moving day. Aubrey was efficiently getting all customers set up all while fielding constant calls from people demanding to extend their rentals after being late to return them. Clearly a high stress situation that Aubrey handled exceptionally well and maintained a calm demeanor while being very pleasant to each customer. A potentially very negative & frustrating experience was made positive.

Lourdes RThe engine light was on in my rental truck when I picked it up. I had to wait over 20 minutes on hold / on chat for someone to tell me whether I was getting a replacement truck or just driving the one with the engine light on.

ANDREA AU-Haul office was closed, but I was told by three representatives on the phone that it was a 24 hour service location so there would still be someone on site to help me. It's part of why that drop off location was chosen. The non U-Haul staff were rude, said they had nothing to do with U-Haul and to just drop the keys in the box and leave (I hadn't even completed the return online when told this). If U-Haul has a contract and pays this location for a person from the Flying J to assist U-Haul customers after hours, hey shouldn't, they are terribly rude. There is great parking though.

Bobby C- The windshield fluid was empty! - I saw the warning message popped up when I started the engine on indicated "Engine oil change soon". Suggestion: Check everything to make sure it is updated and filled up before rent out to a next customer who use.

Edward SI picked up the truck and we did not walk all the way around the truck before we left with it, once we got it to my place and loaded we noticed the outside dual tire was low. Just to ensure that the tire was safe to drive on we presented to a tire shop. The tire shop found that both valve stem core were completely loose causing air to leak out of the tires. Perhaps a more extensive assessment of these trucks should be completed prior to sending trucks out.... There is no reason vlave stems should be loose so this is obviously a problem that had been going on for a long period that was never discovered by Uhaul or other renters of this vehicle...
