WE DROPPED THE U-HAUL OFF AT THIS LOCATION; WHILE THE LOCATION WAS VERY EASY TO GET TO VIA HIGHWAY, ONCE YOU WERE IN THE LOT (CAR DEALSHIP), WE HAD TO DRIVE AROUND TWICE TO FIND OUT WHERE TO DROP U-HAUL AS DROP OFF WAS POORLY MARKED. WENT INSIDE TO FIND OUT, THEN STILL COULDN'T FIND IT...HAD TO GO INTO PARTS, WHERE THEY HAD TO PAGE THE PERSON THAT TAKES THE U-HAUL IN, AND SHE WASN'T VERY HELPFUL. WOULDN'T DROP OFF AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION NOR RENT.

Foster Chevy/Cadillac and there team did an excellent job. They even checked my tire pressure and topped off my fluids. Definitely 5 Star service from Dawson, Chris, Janet, Russ and Steve. When I picked it up this AM the lights didn't work. Janet had checked them at the time I rented it and they did work. Steve and Chris got right on it and found that the fuse was blown. They replaced the fuse and gave me two extras in case it blew again while I was out of town. It worked fine after that. I would request you share this with Foster Chevrolet in Sandusky, OH. Thank you.

my only suggestion is to increase UHaul signage. I wasn't sure that I was at the right location until I went into the dealership where I picked up my UHaul trailer.

your web process is terrible you need to fix it no flexibility very hard to change entries of choices very hard to use for local rentals it is 2019 get it fixed you are losing customers

There were no exterior signs indicating where a person should go for the pick up. Went k side the dealership, was directed around to the side, no one was there so had to go back to the dealership to find someone to again walk back. Exterior signs on the building and some way of contacting someone if they aren't at the desk area would be a huge help!!

Megan the representative i spoke with was rude and unprofessional . I have rented several time with uhaul and never such a horrible experience. I work in healthcare with clients and I know you should never speak with a customer like she spoke. I respect uhaul but NOT Fosters Chevrolet in Sandusky Ohio. Please ensure no other customers have to deal with this rep. Thanks

Reserved an appliance cart and a set of pads. Neither were available even though the were confirmed 1 day ahead of time. Had to drive the truck to another location for the cart, never had the pads.

The people were friendly and helpful. The location was difficult to locate as it was part of a car dealership and only a small sign was visible from the road. Once in the parking lot, there were no sigs indicating where to go or what door to enter. I was able to locate it simple because I parked to ask and while walking to another door, I saw a UHaul branded hand truck inside. It was also frustrating to be asked for additional contact information and payment guarantees after I arrived. All of this should have been handled online when I reserved the equipment. Finally, while this is not a comment specific to the pick-up location, I found the reservation process to be cumbersome. In particular, I did not like having to constantly reject non-needed or desired purchases while going through the checkout process. I have always enjoyed using UHaul in the past, but this process is making me want to look for other options.

The location of the U-Haul truck was not the problem. I reserved a U-Haul truck and a City close to where I needed it but when time for the truck came the truck was 40 miles away U-Hauls scheduling and riservation system is a joke. When I called and asked what the point of making a reservation I was told that I have a truck reserved just not in a place where I wanted it or needed it. It was in Huron Ohio and the person in charge of this area was no help at all he didn't care about what my schedule was are doing anything to help. I called 1 800 U-Haul and they were more than willing to help still do not have the truck that I reserved where I needed it I had to pay extra mileage to drive to get a truck

There was no one on the site even though I returned the truck around 10 am. I had to call and talk to a lady over the phone regarding where to leave the truck and the key.

Pick up location was great drop off location could catch fire and I wouldn't care. They were very rude pretty much called me a unclean person and treated me like crap. Shoving the hand held in my face when I was trying to locate my contract in my e mail! He did not give me his name he was not authorized to run the credit card twice. He only asked about the truck not the transport! If uhaul wants to steal they can do it from someone else. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone and I will not use uhaul again any time soon if ever. I was a uhaul dealer and was never that rude or disrespectful to my customers.
