Casey FWas doing walk around and opened the rear and it was littered with Hay. I mentioned it to the gentleman that rented it to me and he started to walk to the store and veered off to get in his friends car and leave. I went inside and told a cashier that and I wanted a broom as I was hauling new furniture and he gave me attitude should have left then but still needed a truck to haul said furniture. Quite online for the amount of time I needed and what Im paying are nowhere near close. I had truck 2 hours and was charged 88$ crazy. The quote online was 40$. I drove 40miles. Round trip.
mason rThe cab area smelled like a 3 pack-a-day smoker lived in it for a year and used the entire cab as their ashtray. It was absolutely disgusting. I left the windows all the way down for the 4 hours that I had it, and my kids could still smell the cigarette stench from several feet away. Otherwise, the location was average, and the staff were nice.

Danny WVehicle was dirty with dirt and mud inside the cargo area as well as both the driver and passenger sides of the cabin area. Exterior was dirty and muddy but this does not effect my use much. The area the vehicles are stored in was a grassy area which unavoidably caused additional dirt and some mud to be brought into the vehicle when I entered it. I needed to clean the cargo area myself before loading my items. Personal items from a previous renter were present in the passenger area.

Arturo MThe truck I rented for my moving was listed $39.95. Plus a $15.00 insurance. The distance from the rental store (Friendly Food Mart, Port Orchard at 4800 Jackson Ave. SE) to my address in Port Orchard was 6.4 miles. $0.79 x 6.4 miles x 2 (round trip) + Gas. I was charged $135.95 despite the email receipt said the total charge is $78.86. This is a very dishonest business transaction!!

Returned the truck a smidgen under the quarter I got it at (apparently), it looked like it was perfectly at the mark, then you guys charged me that much? Unreal, I'll search out any other rental before I use you blokes ever again.

Blanca VWell I know I didn't drive the vehicle 43 miles and I did put gas back in the rig to where I found it when I rented it which was a half a tank and they told me it wasn't on a half a tank and overall satisfaction poor I will no longer rent from them

suzanne lI rented a truck for a local move (8.4 miles).I drove the truck to my current home (5.8 miles). I made a total of three back and forth trips (25.2 miles). I then returned the truck to the U-Haul rental (5.6 miles). Total miles driven=45. I was charged for EXACTLY 175.0 miles. When I turned the truck in I had put gas in the vehicle, as I handed over the keys I asked the individual if would like to check it, he said no and I could leave. Please investigate. Angela WThe first truck that was assigned to us we discovered the check-engine light was on. When we told the clerk, he asked how far we were driving, insinuating we could still drive the truck, which we refused. The 2nd truck assigned to us turned out to have bald tires and low air pressure, which resulted in another tire blowout (we had a blow out on our last rental due to low pressure). When I asked the clerk if they inspected & ensure vehicles were maintained or just turn them around on rentals w/o checking them, he admitted they do NOT inspect or ensure maintenance is done on the trucks. We were fortunate that each tire blow out did not cause us to get into an accident and just wasted 7 1/2 hours of our time.

James DPlace was chaotic. Hard to understand the operator’s heavy accent. The checkout app would not let me upload photos. The outside condition of the truck did not match the photos on the site. Took too long to check out and get on with my move.
Wayne WThe guy wasn’t very friendly , made me fill up a tank that wasn’t full when I received it even tho I showed before and after photos. Told me to tell him the mileage and when I was finding the photos said “ come on speak”

danial cThe truck they originally tried to rent to me was obviously damaged. I refused the truck. The second was covered in bugs (on the front). The guys were friendly but not knowledge. I wouldn't go there again.
CHRISTENE PThere were things left in the truck by previous renter. A box of bungee cords and a bag of trash stuffed behind the driver's seat. Didn't bother me, I threw the trash out and notified that the box of cords weren't mine. Checking the truck out was fine, returning the truck, was irritating. We gassed it up properly, but the attendant accused us of not until we turned it on the the gauge went directly to 3/4 tank, where it should be. There was dirt in the floor mats when I got it and so there was dirt on the floor mats when I returned it. Clearly the truck was not checked before I rented it. Please ensure you are checking between rentals and not accusing people.

Jeff BI only traveled 9 miles but thought i may run out of gas, should verify gas gauge is at least a 1/4 tank.
BILLIE JI got charged for two days even after returning it one day early Then I had to wait until he was ready to check me in. I was there before other customers and he chose to help the customers first which kept adding more time to me checking in the uhaul! I was there to return the truck by 4:02 PM they need to refund me back for a extra day even though I didn’t keep it for two days!
