Brian/Bryan (sp?), the owner was absolutely awesome. Very personable, friendly and professional. His location was on the other side of town from where we live but from here on out we will be using his business even if we have to travel a few extra minutes! A more easily understandable itemized receipt. I was told roughly 104 at check out and the. Recieved another email for an amount around 70 that included some of the things I had already "paid for". Besides that the experience was great.peter D.

This location did not open until 12 noon and had two customers waiting when I arrived. I don't think that I should be charged an extra day rental because the location had a back up of customers and it was after 12 noon before they could accept the trailer.Gary W.

I got charged a $20 hookup fee. In cash. Couldn't have it added to my bill, and said it was a new policy. I don't believe this is a new policy, but if it is it should be able to be added to my bill. I had to go to the ATM and pay an ATM fee to have it hooked to my vehicle because I couldn't lift it myself.Destiny C.

There was no one at this location when I arrived to unload the trailer. I didn't want to just drop it off and leave it. There were cleaning people there who called the owner who came back about the time I had the trailer parked. He was very apologetic for me having to wait and helped me get finished parking the trailer and unhooking.Rick H.
It took 45 min to process the pick up. I was asked to help connect trailer even though I told the guy I just had surgery. He did not photograph the connection after I reminded him it was procedure. I took a full day to load my truck and trailer to be set for an early morning departure to avoid traffic. To my surprise and aggravation the trailer running lights would not work. Many call later I was told it would take at least 90 min for a tech. So, I had to wait for daylight to leave. 3 hours late and now fighting traffic. I was told by customer service this would noted, and also at check in that I should receive a credit on this rental. This was not a good experience and I'm surprised at who you give some of these franchises to.john P.

I rented an Auto Transport (trailer) from U-Haul.. **It Needs To Be Decommissioned**. (1) The taillights did not work. (2) The ratchet straps were badly rusted, and required strenuous effort to get it to work. (3) The fender on the trailer came off as I was driving (but was still attached by the chain) and bounced around, causing damage to the car that I was hauling. (4) One of the ramps kicked completely out as I drove my car onto the trailer. Luckily it happened as the rear tire made it onto the trailer. I Have Rented Auto Transports From U-Haul Many Times Before, and This Was My *ONLY* Bad Experience With The Company.GREGG B.

They entered my final fuel level inaccurately by over a quarter of a tank, costing me almost $50 in fees. The drop off worker and I looked at the gas level together and agreed it was the same as the pick up level before I left the property.Ginger L.
