How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe manager worked with me to ensure I had a unit I was satisfied with. The entire staff was very helpful. I would like to suggest that the ceilings in the units should be upgraded to hard tiles to hide the insulation. Most of the ceilings had tape to secure the insulation - looked really bad and makes it appear that the facility is not well kept.
