The first drop off location I learned upon arrival had actually discontinued being a drop off point for about two months. I would ask that the system update when a location changes or is no longer in the network. My second choice was about 20 miles north of my original drop off point and I was told that I was not entitled to a refund for the excess mileage. (So unfair). I will still however continue to use U-Haul for my moving needs. ThanksWilliam R.

I would not send anyone to do business with uhaul if you partner with crooks. The store tried to charge my daughter law for something that was already paid on my credit card. After I disclosed that I was a banker and have proof of my payment he back track and said oh u good. Sorry excuse for a company. Remove my name and number from all calls.Chanice H.

We picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was empty. How ever it calls for returning the vehicle at a 1/4 tank or you will be charged a compliance fee. Most of truck stops and gas stations where I live need to be better managed with the product U-Haul sells or at least needs to be looked into. That's crystal spring Mississippi or gallman Mississippi. Micro management may need to be required in the state itself. My experience with the people was great and easy. My issue is maintaining the equipment U-Haul offers in Mississippi at gas station etc... it could be lack of knowledge or not knowing what the purpose is for this type of product. That includes customers and employees. Communication is key and needs to assured in this type of business. But it was great and easy. Thank you U-HaulLandry L.

This pickup location is a gas station. I had to type my payment information into a laptop at the counter, which had multiple people's credit card information saved in it. Felt very sketchy. Was then told to hookup the trailer to my car myself, despite telling the attendant that I had no idea how to do it. Horrible experience.Rylie B.

The people at the store did not know how to use the UHaul system so I could pick up the dolly. Once I called UHaul and finished the transaction over the phone they didn't help hook it up or see if the lights worked. They also didn't speak English very well at all. When I returned the unit they had no idea what to do. I will never use this location again.Russell B.
Have someone knowledgeable of the equipment they are renting to people. Don't charge a person insurance when they don't request it. Don't rent equipment over the phone without giving the person a receipt.Rickey S.
There was no one onsite that could process the paperwork. The attendant called another location and put me on the phone with them. Numerous times during the transaction, there would be a pause while the attendant waiting on other customers at his location. His computer shut down when we nearly had the paperwork processed and had to go through the whole process again. After the order was entered, the attendant told me confirmation of the order would be e-mailed to me. I never received an e-mail.Dennis D.

Not being mean but, they staff did not speak in English the majority of the time I was there...One young man started helping me and could not finish the order, he did not know how, a young lady did but, their printer was not working so I had to take a picture of the contract...not a good visit at all...I have to go back and forth a few more times and I will never go there again...They also charged me more than what my original contract stated. I have also dropped off a trailer there and had the same treatment. I did speak with someone in another U-Haul location in Jacksonville they called to get help with when I returned the trailer about three months ago and she said they were "new" to the U-Haul brand...They still need help...DAVE S.
I placed my rental order over the phone with Larry. Larry had given me 20% off. When I went to pick up the equipment the price was higher, the man said thats whats coming up. I feel I should have gotten the price I was quoted. As far as the truck and trailer it worked great.ray D.

If I reserve a trailer then I should be able to get that same trailer. But, when I got there it was already rented out. Got another reserved for (what I told the guy) 24hr from 9:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. but it was set from 9:00p.m. to 9:00a.m. I was charged 3 times for one 24hr rent. Also, I told the guy I wanted to drop it off here in Brookhaven since I had to pick it up in Hazelhurst. Trailer was great for moving furniture! Go to bring it back and thy had it scheduled for Hazelhurst and not Brookhaven. The guy gave me back one of the payments and I'm waiting for the other to come back as well. I will not be using uhaul again because of this bad experience and poor customer service.COLBY V.

I only needed the trailer for 1 day but was told that I had to rent it for 4 days, but if I returned it earlier my amount owed would be prorated and I would get a refund for the days not used. However, when I returned the trailer the next day in Texas, I found out this was not the case. I did not receive any money back. I feel like the agent in Mississippi lied to me or did not know what she was talking about.STEVE C.
Have better employes in Pearl, MS CAUSE SHE WAS RUDE AND not not helpful or friendly and also we were giving the run around on a truck with different prices, and we had to go out of our way 40 miles just to get a truck that we needed to move my sick daddy from Pearl to Biloxi so the next time if we need to rent a truck don't think we will use UHaul again.ROBERT B.
