When I got to the place to pickup the trailer, they didn't help me hook it up and to disconnect the trailer when i got back. After hooking it up, down the road about 4 miles I realized that the ramp was not pined to the trailer, I pulled over to put the pin in and there were no pins connected to the trailer.Bruce D.

This location was at a gas station and the station only had one person working. While, he did a great job given the situation, it less than ideal for all involved (the worker, the gas customers and me). It took longer than needed due to him not being able to give 100% to the UHaul customer.MICHELLE M.

Everyone was nice. The guy taking care of us suggested a different drop off location than what we first requested saying it was closer but it was not when we arrived. Tried to take it to the original place we picked but was told it would cost us double, when we reserved the trailer we picked a location with a guarantee they would have one there. The day before pick up we received an email stating we had to pick up at different location which was a little farther for us to go but did it. If you are going to charge double to drop off at a different location maybe you should give a discount when you change pick up locationStephanie S.
My original pickup location as in Island Lake, IL. 2 miles from my house. I go there to pick it up, and NO VEHICLE. They sent me to Woodstock, IL 25 miles from my house. Not sure hy I'm promised a vehicle at a location that doesn't have the vehicle. I originally booked the vehicle on your location on Richmond Road, in McHenry, IL, which always has a huge quantity in hand. I originally tried to book the vehicle on your website, but the website didn't work. Very frustrating. Do you do this to all of your customers?John H.

The gentleman that running me the trailer was very helpful came out connected it up for me make sure it was safe connected all the lights everything worked fine I would highly recommend running from them again they didn't have a big Choice due to the fact it's a service station that also rent U-Haul but very nice very mellow mannered very helpful highly recommend renting from them againmike G.

Ali contacted me by phone when I was late to pick up. I had gone to the other Eastwood location where I'd put in the order. Ali was especially professional, patient & kind helping me feel more comfortable driving such a big trailer. To place the order at this location I called the Crystal Lake UHaul location and had a wonderful experience! The employee at this location was not wearing a mask, I politely asked him to & he refused and told me to stand back if I felt uncomfortable ~ I felt that was rude and socially irresponsible while clocked in working. It was an ok experience. We were scheduled to pick up our truck at 8, employees did not arrive until 8:15. No masks worn by employees. Truck was not cleaned - crumbs and dirt everywhere. Absolutely insane! Reserved truck two weeks in advance! Someone crashed it so they expected me to drive to marengo and pay the miles and pickup truck three hours later! Then give me a small ass truck and fifty bucks credit so I had to make two trips. Then I had to wait to get my fifty dollars when I was promised it same day as return! This was a gas station with a person that had no knowledge of how to hook up the trailer. This was the first time I had rented a Uhaul car trailer and this my knowledge was limited. The pickup location was a paper processing facility only. I made a special trip to a UHaul facility to have them check my set up and make corrections. The pickup location also had no supplys, suck as a ball or light connector to adapt my vehicle to your hitch and electrical.richard R.
