The guy in charge didn't know what to do and said he couldn't dispatch me because his uhaul pad wasn't working. I had a very hard time there.

The only suggestion that I have, which would have been most helpful, is that the vehicle should have been cleaned off, as it snowed 4-6" that day and the truck was covered. I used my arm to remove most of the and had to walk back to the pick up location and ask if I could borrow a broom as I could not remove the from the windshield. Luckily I picked up the truck when the location was open, otherwise, I would have been driving the truck with a majority covered windshield, which is unsafe. Other than that, the truck was in perfect condition and the person I deal with a Mike's Automotive, was very helpful.
