I arrived at 7:50am for a 8am pick up. I was told we couldn't get started with the process because "It wasn't 8am yet." I had to stand there for 10 minutes until it was 8am on the dot. Then I was told that there was no credit card on file. I RESERVED IT ONLINE WITH MY CREDIT CARD. Then, I tried using a business card for the company I was moving items for and they wouldn't use it. We got over charged. When we were asked about how many miles we would use we stated 30 to be on the safe side so it estimated $80.00. When we returned the uhaul and calculated the totaled spent miles we only Used 16 and charged $75.00 when we should have not been charged that much.Sergio R.

The place was fine. Overall uhaul sucks ass and we will never ever use them again or recommend you. The day we were supposed to get the truck we were told we couldn't get it. We were moving the next morning. We kept hearing excuses as to why we can't get a truck. Insane. When you reserve a truck we should be able to get it!! If someone doesn't bring it back you should have extras for the ones who reserved it plain and single or figure something else out for people. We were beyond stressed already and you all made it 100 times worse. I will be calling as I think we should get our money back or half back with what we had to put up with. My husband had to drive two hours away for you to tell him there's no truck. Unbelievable!!!!Robert H.

The info provided on the website is misleading in terms of the LCR Best Rate Guarantee. The rate that was calculated for me on the site was much lower than the rate I was told when I arrived for pick up. This is incredibly frustrating because I paid more than double what I was expecting to going in. This was way out of my price range, but I had no choice but to pay. Extremely disappointed by U-Haul and will not be renting with you again.Grace B.

So the whole gas tank thing is a vexation. It's like it's a game trying to match that inaccurate gauge. I have a solution: Deliver the truck with a full tank and expect it to be returned with a full tank. Simple.Joseph I.

Was given information that resulted in taking truck to different location which resulted in having to pick rental at location I took it to and taken back to original location. Information from client was that I could drop at any location. Then threatened to charge for two days rental when used for four hrs. Just an exhausting and horrible experience.Nydia D.

I reserved the truck on line and did everything requested. I go to pick up the truck and had to confirm information not requested prior not was I notified. It took an additional 30 minutes to check and call for verification. it's that why you have the reservation site for? Driver's license etc. How are you supposed to supply a passport or verify employment at the rental location when I was not informed I needed this. I supplied everything requested online. Also, your customer service couldn't help useless. Very disappointed how everything was handled especially since I had people that I was paying waiting for meEriberto R.

The location was fine. The uhaul experience was terrible. The person we talked to on the phone seemed short and irritable. She told us the wrong info on pricing. Checking out took 30 minutes because the system wasn't recognizing my ID card. I was never informed that I had to put gas in the truck. Please do better at communicating.Joseph L.

The online check-in experience was anything but easy. when I booked the Uhaul, I thought I was finished with everything, but I wasn't really approved and did not understand the need for a 2nd contact who was actually called! The owner was very rude. I had changed my deliver time with a uhaul representative and he didn't like that. He argued with me in front of his customers. Upon bringing it back, I got the same result as when I picked up the vehicle. This location is going to ruin Uhauls reputation one customer at a time. They need to rip his contract before he does. I will rent from uhaul again, but no way will I pick up at this location. There is no reason to be treated the way I was, and did I mention, I own a business myself.. I would fire my workers if they treated my customers this way.Beverly A.
