This was my first time renting from U-Haul and I have to say I was quite impressed with the service, the equipment and especially the gentleman who helped me. His service was far beyond any help I had received in the past from other rental companies. If I had them, I would give this location and the service person four thumbs up! Kudos to U-Haul!

Van had an "oil change needed" light on. I rented the same style panel van 2 days before for the same 30-35 mile round trip. Trip 1: $5 to refill a couple gallons gas. This trip: $60+ to refill 13+ gallons. WTH?

The pickup was rough. First the miles were drastically different on the app than what was on the odometer. A few hundred miles off. Due to this I wasn’t able to use the mobile pickup very smoothly. I called customer service and got transferred around. It was figured out after about 20 minutes. Secondly there were unreported cracks to the windshield and some damage to the visor in the cabin. It wasn’t an issue where I was charged, but made the experience uneasy with the threat of being charged extra.

they changed my location 3 times because they equipment wasn’t there. if they could’ve said that in the first place it would’ve been great. also didn’t check the blinkers or tires before we took it.

The truck leaked and got my stuff all wet. the dash lights didn’t work so you can’t see your speed or anything at night!

The place was nasty dirty. Opens at 9? Finally got the man’s attention around 9:30 after standing in the cold for over a half hour, and he did not care, would not let me in the office to warm while he got his part of the work done. Sent me out with a messy truck and NO contract. There are bums all over in this place. Drugs being done on the property and etc. u-haul has been good over the years of my using it, and I will continue, however, I am shocked that this business is allowed to carry the U-haul flag.

You're supposed to be cheap. I've never paid so much for a uhaul. I should have gone with a different company.

Interior of cab looked clean, but had cat hair in the seat cushions (I'm allergic to cats and had to ) and smelled like someone smoked in the truck. Oil light was on, and at speeds above 40 the truck bounced with a horrible ride.

Why u haul give you options for your moving, but once you get to the location is not there, and I went there to pick up my truck, and left, when I realize I did not have my dolly cart inside, he told me that the big stations does not deliver those type of equipment to the smaller neighborhood, so that’s why I gave the 5 to the place, because he was helpful, but I’m really upset because in ended going to home depot because I needed a dolly cart. That was a terrible experience r and for ends I would love not to recommend u haul in the future

The truck cab and window were covered in grit. I had to use window cleaner to clean the windshield because there was no washer fluid in the truck. The back of the truck was unlocked so homeless people got in used/took some of the furniture blankets that I had ordered and left trash, including unidentified pills, in the cube space.

everything was ok, the truck uses tons of gas

Employee was very nice and helpful, but truck was very dirty inside and wreaked of cigarette smoke, it had less than a 1/4 tank of gas, I had to stop first thing and get gas. The area is overrun with homeless people and I was scared to leave my car there.

Appreciate the great repeat customer service from Mike. The online Ap is terrible. Difficult to navigate, full of spam, crashes away from internet, consistently fails to locate my position. I doubt anyone reads this. I deal only by phone with my local dealer.

This entire thing was a nightmare. The truck had terrible suspension and the engine was weak and sluggish. Customer service refused to let me get another truck. Driving this truck especially in the snow was terrifying. I've rented this size trucks on numerous occasions and have never had so much trouble with a truck before.

I’m hopeful they find the dolly in the truck. There were also people that appeared to be living in storage units. I do not plan to return there.

It was Sunday and they weren’t open, I left the auto transport on the street and i had wished someone would help but the online instructions helped me do it myself.
