SHARON RWorker was rude and had no personality at all. Came to check in and she rudely mentioned that I didn’t upload my ID I mentioned it should be in my file and I also had it in hand. She tells me no you need to do it yourself. So as I’m almost finished with the upload process literally like one question away from pressing submit she says oh never mind it’s here in your file you can stop filling out the form. Such a waste of my time. You would think she would check first before berating me like a child. And then when I came fo return there was like three pieces of grass and she made me grab a broom and sweep it or charge me $25. Mind you it wasn’t dirty and I wish I had my phone to take a picture. This lady was very very nit picky about everything and trying to upcharge me very rudely . Would not recommend.

Rafael C⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooth, Hassle-Free Dolly Rental! I recently visited U-Haul in Waipio Gentry to rent a couple of their utility dollies, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. Even though I wasn’t renting a truck or storage unit, the staff treated my smaller rental with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. The dollies were clean, sturdy, and in excellent working condition—perfect for moving heavy furniture and boxes without any issues. The pickup and return process was incredibly fast and efficient. They explained everything clearly, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. It’s refreshing to see a business that values all customers, no matter how big or small the rental. I’ll definitely be back for future moving needs. Highly recommend this location!

Joaquin DThe cargo van that I rented had a transmission issue. Van was stuck in low gear (could not go faster than 30 mph) and could not reverse. U Haul had to get me another van so I could complete my job. However, Susan Kohn was very helpful and did the best she could under the circumstances.

Douglas HThe office needs a very deep clean. It reeks of cigarette smoke. There are cats everywhere, and finally the lady working the front was wonderful on the phone… but rude, and condescending in person. I will drive extra to avoid coming back to this location.
