When I picked up the vehicle the passenger side rear wheel was severely under inflated. When we questioned it to the rep we were told we had to fill it as it wasn't his responsibility. The passenger size mirror was loose and I had to tape it into position in order to see the side of the van correctly, this is a safety risk. I didn't realize until I was returning the van that none of the rear lights were working, the break, Left/Right blinkers are non functional. I was lucky I didn't get rear ended at any time during my move. Clearly this vehicle is in desperate needs of maintenance or repair. If this location is responsible for upkeep to the vehicles, I would not use nor recommend using this location for rentals.

The clerk at this location needs to honor their verbal promise to waive their excessively high gas fee and unnecessary questionable ??? surcharges on the 10 feet moving truck.

Received the truck with gas tank light on, dirty, and smelled like cigarettes. The cashier said that I needed to return the truck with 1/4 of gas to refund the cost and they did not do it. I do NOT recommend this location for Uhaul. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

You need to make sure vehicles are inspected properly. I'm a regular customer and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Will not use this location again.

This site was ok, but the U-Haul online process is awful. It is MUCH slower checking in and returning than dealing with a human. The website is incredibly slow and it took 30 minutes to return the van. Also, even though they say you can do the check-in yourself and bypass an agent, you still have to go to an agent to pick the keys. The online process is terrible. I do not recommend it. Also, they overcharged me online by at least 30-40 miles. When I checked in, the site would not let me manually enter the odometer mileage. I assumed it was correct, but it definitely was not. I made 4 trips for at 40 miles a piece, plus an additional 2 miles (162 miles), but I was charged for 198. This is a scam. I feel bad giving this location a bad review as the issues are probably with higher ups, but my experience over the last 2 days (checking in/returning) was the worst rental service I've ever experienced, and I will definitely look around and not use this company again.

Moving is a very tiresome experience. The staff person made renting the u-haul truck any easy, timeless experience. He was very polite, greeted me with a smile and explained everything in details with patience. This young man is an asset to the company. I would high recommend this particular office when a truck is needed.

Service was exceptional. Upon return of the vehicle, my cell phone died before I could confirm the Uber home. The associate loaned me his charger but, given the age of my phone it took a while. The associate tried to call a cab for me also. In the end, my phone finally took enough of charge for me to reserve an Uber just as the sun was setting. The whole process took about two hours throughout which time, the associate was always pleasant and sincerely helpful.

Make sure that a truck is available at the place the customer reserved it at. I reserved my truck 11 days prior and when arriving to pick up truck, was told they do not have one for me. Called traffic, they reserved truck for me at 2nd location, got there, no truck! Called traffic again, was sent to 3rd location, which I finally got the truck. Wasted a lot of my time and gas! What is the purpose of reserving a truck, if it's not gonna be held for that customer?????

Very positive experience. The stuff we are very friendly and helpful. My phone was ready to go as scheduled at 10 AM. I would not hesitate to recommend this location or to rent from this location myself in the future.

I am more concerned about Uhaul's customer service line. I tried for some time to reach someone after being stalked by a man in the dark parking lot where I had to return your truck. Too busy...transferred more times because I had the wrong department, only to be put on hold again. I'm tired from being scared. Do you care?

My reservation was for 10:30 and they weren't done cleaning it until 11am so I paid for the truck for six hours but only was allowed to use truck for four hours because they basically double booked the truck and had no other trucks available. Worst experience I've ever had with u haul

Check the back to make sure it was clean and clear upon arrival. Once we entered the back to start loading found a dead RAT. Was not pleased. Manager did credit $20 upon return. Thanks to the manger but experience was still unacceptable.

The location was fine, it was the verification process that was the problem for me. The agents tool entirely too long to verify the contacts that I listed as alternate and said they couldn't get in touch with them, and one of them was right next to me, they never called until I initiated the online chat thru the app. The app was very frustrating and didn't work as it should, it wouldn't complete picture uploads for the license or return verification, I have a Samsung S10+ which takes excellent pictures so.I know it wasn't my phone. I had to get everything done manually by the location attendant, waste of time to reserve thru the app, more problem and delay than it was worth!

Had to wait in the rain for nearly an hour. He attendant told me he could not help with uhaul approvals. The system referenced my phone number as an inappropriate alternate contact however my husbands name and Drivers license is on the account. Driver sold the truck i needed as I was waiting approval for pick up from uhaul.com. Sold me a truck that was already reserved from someone, I feel bad the person would have to go to another uhaul when they reserved days ago. Company blamed everything on uhaul and said they can not assist in any way. After waiting for an hour the system mentioned I should ha for pick up directly with the attendant. He sold me another uhaul that was reserved already after literally telling me he could not help and I should gps another location. Waste of time!!!! I was able to pick up after 2 hours of complaining and waiting for uhaul Corp to answer the phone, which they never did. I have screen shots of waiting on hold for 1 hour 36 minutes.

Truck had no ramp on the 27 ft one. Motor was under powered and in its last legs smoking for 60 miles thank god it didnt break down was the best thing.

The only issue I have is that there was a discrepancy between the initial odometer reading I photographed and submitted when I picked up the truck and the initial mileage listed on the final invoice.

It would be great if someone was available to reposition trucks nearby if one was available. The closest locations to me said there was no truck available and I had to go to one further away to get the truck. It would be very convenient to have the truck delivered to a closer location for pickup. The customer can pay a slight fee for that. Alternatively, it would be great for the app to tell us when a truck would be available. If it is a couple of hours after we requested, please let us know because we would likely wait. There were supposedly no trucks at the locations closest to me. I waited four hours to pick up a truck from a location further away. I saw the truck I wanted available at the closest location when I was driving back. It would be great if we can be notified when a truck was expected back.

No one was there when I returned the vehicle so I had to do a self return. When I rented a vehicle, the sales person did not tell me that they would be closed on the day when I was returning. In fact, it appeared that even the gas pumps were off and I had to drive to another location to put fuel in the truck before I could do the self return.

The service was fine but the rental was dirty. I do not believe that this Uhaul check the vehicles for cleanliness. Food and a toothpick was left on the floor of the truck. The back cab had dirt and gravels inside of it.

I was told that the 26' truck is the only truck with an 8' door opening that I canuse to transport my 7'-10” x 10' x 2' box hood . I rented the truck, drove 200 miles and only to find out the door is smaller than promised, wasted the whole day

After completing the paperwork for the rental the young man went out to help me put the trailer onto my hitch. He directed me backing my car up and then told me that he would connect the trailer himself. Well, he only connected the hitch. He did not connect the safety chains nor the electrical harness. When I asked him if he'd done that, he said no. Then he said, "There usually is a charge for connecting the hitch, but I'll waive that." It seems to me that his statement was a way to keep me from complaining about the inadequate, unsafe job he did in connecting the trailer to my hitch.
