Horrible customer service!! RUDE! Rude! Rude! Ugly nasty woman They gave my truck away. Got stuck with a ten foot truck! When I had conformation of a 15 ft I had reserved & locked in! I Had to make multiple trips. She did not offer me any solution other than. â€œYou can leave and get another truck somewhere elseâ€ Worst u-Haul experience I've ever had!!! some had smoked in truck and it was not clean when i rented it. Though it was a short journey (hardly 5 miles), i'd to suffer the smell throughout. The person who gave the key was not customer friendly, as I was begging for a car. Even though I'd booked it online and given the card details with a few options deselected, nothing was reflecting when I went to front desk. They took my credit card and started the transactions and options they wished for.Sinoy X.

The Price is All Wrong!!! The service was poor - the van was parked in another lot - Not even close to the parking lot of the store. The agent gave me the key with no instructions. It took much much longer than it should because I had to come back in after inspecting the other vehicle and trying to get in it and then the key didn't fit, It was the only vehicle in the lot. In the heat, I had to return and ask if she gave me the right key. She acted like I was the stupid one and said, I'll open it for you, when we went outside she noticed that it was not the vehicle and we walk behind the build to another store that had the van there, I was NOT told that I had to fill it up I thought my charge included the gas, When I finally got back. I went about 12 miles, I was told that it should have been filled up and i would be charged extra- or I could go back out and fill it, I was so late (due to her) that I just said you never told me I was to fill it, I thought I was paying for a full tank.I asked the fee and she said 4.75 extra. I got my bill and it was 60.00 (some dollars. Never again. I was to complain about the charge, They said I could go and they would finish it up, I had no Idea it would get that hight, False Advertising to say 19,99. I was a some sort of refund for this terrible service!Kathleen N.

Goin' Postal location employees went out of their way to make my UHaul experience perfect! I found Myself in a very ludicrous position unexpectedly needing UHaul and ill prepared for the situation. call center and website! couldn't choose drop off locations easily. you shoq a better rate for round trip but the website wouldn't confirm that alternative. work on the options on the website if you're not going to add call center! the people running the locations were fine. The mobile app did not work at this location for pick up or drop off....luckily I picked up during business hours and was able to work with people inside - but they were quite short and almost seemed as if I was interrupting their day by asking for help - i took lots of pictures when I dropped off to verify things and all worked out well with the return but your site made a big deal of using the mobile technology so to not have it work was frustratingTom E.

I walked in to the counter. Several vehicles in the lot. Attendant said they were all reserved. I walked outside, went on the app and reserved one. Attendant didn't even apologize for being lazy or incompetent or both. My son saw this and asked what kind of people do that.PAUL R.

The folks at Goin Postal were amazing and very informative. The truck was located in a secure area at a different location and the owners of that location closed prior to 6 (their advertised time) and the Goin Postal folks had to come down to get the truck unlocked. They were great!!Carol L.

truck smelled like shit and like someone used the truck to carry manure and didnt get washed out. The truck was in poor shape and doors barely unlock/lock. I was told if I returned it the next day before closing time I will not be charged more but instead of spending $40-$50, i was charged twice that for being under the miles 50 vs the 49 i actually put on the truck. Your Fucking app didnt work and thats probably why I was charged over $100. Will never use your services again. fuck you guys,CHAU T.

The reservation expired an hour after my scheduled time AFTER I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE IN UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DAYS AGO THAT TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD NOT EXPIRE THAT QUICKLY. I had to have a friend drive me to UHAUL and unfortunately we got there an hour late. Thank goodness the location was open. However, the employee told me they would be open until 4 pm.p but they closed at 2pm and I had to complete the truck return process myself. At that location cell phone service is horrible and it took forever to upload photos.Michael G.
