I ask the agent to do checkin and make the receipt and he said we have one ahead of you but there is no one and was keep waiting till the shit end and then they do it like steeling from you as they don’t want me to know you hat the final billing amount …. Very poor service and fisher!

Jon NI arrived early and the management went ahead and upgraded me for no extra charge so that I could be on my way. But the best part was when I returned the vehicle, my wallet fell out of my pocket in the truck, and I did not discover this until I was already back home. The store was closed but I left a voicemail anyway. The next thing I knew I was getting a call saying they had found my wallet, and we arranged a way for me to pick it up later in the evening even though the store was closed. Excellent customer service.

RICK BThe booked vehicle in NOT available at the time when we go to the pick up location. The staff at the place asked me to get the booked van from other location or take another vehicle for less time (Nearly half of our booking time). That changed all our moving plan.

Joyce RI didn’t ask for a dolly. I was charged for one and frankly it was in the way the whole time. Just irritating all the way around and I guess I paid to be irritated because if I went inside to ask for assistance I was going to pay $20 extra. SMH it was a wash.

I had a did everything I’m supposed to do it by adding the U-Haul to my toll tag account, so ill tools that were ran by me would get paid by me. Unfortunately, between U-Haul and the tow company both companies are willing to not work with consumers very well to get things fixed properly. It makes iThe biggest problem that I had with renting a truck is dealing with tolls. I had a did everything I’m supposed to do by adding the U-Haul to my toll tag account so all tools that were ran by me would get paid by me. Unfortunately, between U-Haul and the tow company, both companies are willing to not work with consumers very well to get things fixed properly. It makes it very difficult when you’re dealing with customer service reps who have no clue on what should be done and what can be done by their companies. I added the toll tag to the license plate on the U-Haul and only Saturday tolls were covered. The toll tag authority did not add or shut down my toll tag Sunday for the U-Haul and didn’t run all the tools from Sunday through my toll tag account. So of course you are God The unpaid tolls and decided to charge me the tolls plus a dollar administration fee. In order to rectify the situation, I decided to reach out to both companies. Neither one of them would be willing to work with me. Made it very difficult for me to take care of these tolls. I went as far as to email U-Haul to request them to just waved administration fee. They were unwilling to do that and charged me double or triple the amount of money that I would’ve paid just pay the toll tag fees through my toll tag. So unfortunately, I’m not very happy with this situation.
Christopher ASmall location, but very wide selection of vehicles both in sizes and number. Easy in, easy out. Everyone was friendly and when I need another moving truck, I’ll be back.
