The appliance dolly was not in the van when I picked it up. I called the owner and he said, â€œwell, I didn't see it on the order.â€ I was on the order because he charged me for it! I asked what can we do because we need one to move a huge piece of furniture - it was just me and my wife. He said, â€œI don't know. We're closed.â€David W.

Truck was not clean and should have been a lot cleaner inside and out. Shame on me for not checking EXACT mileage before leaving the lot. Shoved contract into glove box and off I went. I went from Ft.Mill, SC to Rock Hill, SC and then back with the truck the next day. Google maps say that is a 24 mile R/T. I refilled gas at $1.79 per gallon. It took $2.12 to refill it. UHaul it telling me I went 56 miles....no way.....not possible based info listed above? Of course it's my word against theirs....not going to win this battle. This won't make me broke....but I will never rent from UHaul again. Word to the wise.....check your Mileage before you go.....tell them to clean the Van/Truck before you leave their lot!!!Shawn M.
Returning my truck Via my mobile phone was not so well. I was sharing my location as instructed but the U-Haul system wasn't recognizing it. Luckily the U-Haul office was open and I got the assistance in returning the truckFredric B.
I will never do business with the 2020-105 Gold Hill Rd location. There is a really crotchety man working there, who is extremely rude, very very slow, and real pain to work with. He is hard of hearing, so you have to scream and he doesn't like to be asked any questions. If you ask for information, he begrudgingly gives an answer which you were not looking for anyway. He really should retire, go home and spend some time with his grand-kids. He doesn't belong in that office. I went to another location because I couldn't take it. I went to 420 Silver Ridge Dr where the lady was a lot more helpful and answered my questions without getting angry or having any attitude.Rajesh D.

When I tried to return my rental truck "on-line" in order to secure a $20 discount the website would not allow me to return it. When I arrived to the above location and told the attendant, he tried to go on-line to return my unit and was also unable to do it. He had to do the return on his ipad. This inconvenience cost me $20 and I feel that Uhaul should return that amount to me.ed C.
