It's a bit concerning that I dropped a trailer off in the unsecured parking lot with no attendant there. I followed the return procedures but it makes me nervous that anyone could come and take the trailer after I returned it since the area is NOT secure!CHARLES G.

The local uhaul is awesome! However, Uhaul itself is getting ridiculous. Multiple texts, demands to show pictures, demands for multiple phone numbers and contacts when renting. I am renting a trailer, not protecting the Queen's jewels! UHAUL is practically BEGGING people to not rent from them!John P.

The online reservation system should let the customer know if the reservation time is outside of store hours and recommend either changing the time or switching to app pick up. I had a reservation for 8am but the store did not open until 8:30.Damien B.

There is a reason why when you sign up you pick a location. I didn't like the fact I had to go to another location. When they called, they didn't even identify which location it was. I went to the original location only to find out it had been changed. This location is very slow. She wanted me to give her all the information again. I told her it was in the system if she only would of looked. Very frustrating. The trailer was not swept out at all.Gayle M.

I rented a car dolly to pull my car one way to yulee fly. I have a 37 ft. RV and wanted to rent from a haul with enough room to get in and out. They didnt have one at that location and sent me to another one to get this thing. There is no room at all for a vehicle like this there. I had to back the coach down a alley to get to the trailer. When I did and hooked up, the plug to the trailer didnt fit the one on the RV. There was no one there qualified to help and fortunately i have experience at this kind of thing. They didnt have any adapters at this location and i had to pull out with no lights on the trailer. Then i had to purchase a adapter at a auto parts place. When i got the car on the dolly the ratchet strap ratchet was very difficult to use cause is was very close to disrepair. Very loose and sloppy. I made it to where I was going and wanted to return the dolly and tried calling the closest location to where I was parked. The phone number was out of service so i drove there. They said that they wouldnt take it cause they had to many. None of the other locations in a ten mile radius would take it either. I called the help line and the guy i talked to was very nice and eager to try and help me. The first location he found was 30 MLS away. I told him that it was to far all said and done i ended up driving by several of these places to a location that would exept it. Are you kidding!?! You really dont have any clue how to be a company and take care of your customers. As I said, if I didnt know what I was doing this would have been a very dangerous trip. There needs to be better communication with both the customers and inside the company. I shouldn't have had to 1 used professional driving skills to pick the dolly up. 2 there should have been someone knowledgable enough to make sure I was 100% ready to go when I left. 3 they should have offered to move the dolly to the location that I called. 4 a drop off location at the destination should have been arranged so I could of known and decided if I wanted to travel 20 MLS or make other arrangements with another rental agency. If u-haul is in trouble as a company. It has earned it all! I will never use u again and will make sure no one I know does either!jay G.
