I had a reservation for uhual at the location on 441. I was dropped off there and the employee told me they moved my truck to a different location. I asked why no one called, no one email, no one told me the change. I at that point had no ride. I had to call someone to pick me up at the location I originally reserved it for (Hwy 441) and take me down the road to the location on Homer. The lady working at Homer was friendly but the building itself needs work on the inside, not very welcoming. ; My problem is not with locations but communication!

We rented a U-haul truck for the day from Golden Triangle Storage and I was pleasantly surprised at how immaculate the interior and bed of the truck were! I'm fact, the entire facility is very clean and well kept! Angie at the front desk is THE MOST HELPFUL and kind receptionist... I can't say enough nice things about this experience.
