Wonderful facility

My Unit was covered in rat poop, I mean everything covered in rat poop. I was told since I didn’t have insurance then there was nothing you could do! I put my best childhood memories and my children’s memories, all my pictures and trusted with an inside a:c unit it would be safe. I will be posting the pictures on social media and making it known for anyone else not to trust Golden Trianglr for any of their needs. Very unhappy customer that had been with you 10 years.

Golden triangle storage was an excellent facility. We had a unit there for 13 years and multiple other units for storter times. It was clean, well cared for and affordable. The staff was always helpful, courteous and attentive. You were always met with a smiling face and kind disposition no.matter the concern or question. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you Angie & family.

Thanks. About 5 years of storage. I spent more than the value of the contents... except my Thomasville bedroom set. Good place and decent prices.

The lack of rodent and bug control was non-existent. We had to dispose of over $1,000 in clothing that had been chewed up and pooped and peed on by mice. Many keepsakes were infested by huge cockroaches and had to be thrown away. I have documented most of the damages.

Angie was great! she answered all our questions and made the whole process of renting a unit very easy. We will definitely recommend Golden Triangle to anyone who needs storage. The rates are very reasonable as well.

The storage facility was great for the time we needed it. We rented an outside non climate controlled unit and it worked out well for us. The online payment system was extremely easy and very user friendly. We would rent a storage unit from them again, should the need arise in the future.

I went to the storage unit and it looked immaculate. I had not been to the unit in a few months, but when I went to check it out, there were mice droppings all over the floor by my boxes. I started moving my stuff out that day, that was Thursday. I went back to get the remainder of my stuff on Saturday and the air-conditioning was not working. I pay for climate controlled for a reason. I understand that mice can get into anything; but I am not sure that the pest control is properly managed. I also understand that air conditioning units do go down. Temperature should be somehow monitored. People have stuff in there that needs to be climate controlled; that is what we pay for. Some stuff is priceless and could get ruined if not in the right climate. I am sorry, I would not recommend this storage company and maybe they are all like this; no more storage for me!

The female attendant was always courteous and helpful. On occasion when I would forget my entry code she would help retrieve it.

The staff and facility is great. I had a storage unit for over 4 years and never had a single issue. The buildings are well maintained and security is great. Even with all of the storms and hurricanes never a water leak.

I was very satisfied with the facility. Always clean and usually easily accessible. The first month was free on a promotion so I didn't qualify for a prorated last month. I will recommended again.

First, my rate continued to increase. When we got out unit it was $50 per month. By the time I closed it, the rate was $70 per month. Secondly, there were rats. All of my personal items were damaged.
