RICHARD GThe truck had just over 105k miles and was dangerous to drive due to the front end being worn out. The steering wheel was turned to the left while driving straight and pulled hard to the right which made every bump force the steering wheel to jerk suddenly and speeds of 60mph or more were simply too dangerous to drive. If we had more time we would have asked for a different truck. I don't believe UHaul does a very good job maintaining its fleet of trucks. If the wheels aren't turning, Uhaul ain't earning is probably the motto there ....that and "Safety Last"

Ryan SFriendly, prompt service. I did accidentally mark the gas as not as full as stated, however, my mistake, the fuel gage is opposite as my truck. So the fuel level was correct (you'll see my photo from check in). This is not my first time renting from this location, ans will not be my last! The transaction was so easy!

Larry WNice place, and easy to deal with, there is a box for drop keys if you need to return the vehicle after the facility is closed which is very convenient. The truck was very clean and full of gas, and because it was my first time renting it, I got nice clear, and concise instructions, charges, etc from the person who was working there.

Josue was very helpful and truck was super clean looked like it had just came off the showroom floor. They also do Smog test so if you need that tailpipe check they are got you covered also.
Ivan AThe truck share 24/7 was a nightmare. The location of the pick up on the map was inside the gated area so whenever I tried starting the pick up process it said I was in the wrong location. I talked to 3 different people through the phone ti help me with the issue and the call cut off twice. They kept having me do the same steps over and over again even after I said I had already done those with the previous person. They eventually had me do a manual dispatch and even that was a struggle. It was terrible and it makes me question if I would ever want to use them again
