I went to return the trailer and no one was at the business at 4:15 pm est and the door said it closed at 5 pm. I pressed the ring camera 3x without response and a white suv was parked out front. I attempted to use the self return app but due to poor cell service I was having issues completing it. I called uhaul support who assisted me in the return. I was later able to complete the self return. It should be noted that while I was there, a couple arrived around 4:30 to pickup a rental and I told them no one was answering the door or phone, which went directly to answering machine. They rang the ring camera several times before leaving without their rental, they said they were going to another location. Not good business practice, people are stressed enough when moving and don't need the extra headache

Holly RI do not make recommendations. I did not drop the trailer at Gosine Corp in Lady Lake, it was dropped off in Milton, Fl. Also you need to change the cost for extending the rental in your app. The app stated to make the request for extending at the pick up sight, I attempted have the rental time extended and was told to do it at the drop off location. Your app also says the cost for extending Trucks is $30 a day and Trailer is $20 a day. I called before the drop off date to extend 3 days. Some how the price jumped to $34.95 a day and there was an insurance charge of $48. The insurance was not requested or approved. See you on social media.

sally cI called the U-Haul shop to verify the address because the address on my Apple Maps was not the same as the address provided through U-Haul and he reassured me the address provided would get me to their location which it did so I told him I’d be there in about 20 to 30 minutes. Luckily for me when I showed up, there was a dropbox for the key but unfortunately for the U-Haul customer that was there waiting for a truck he said he’d been there 25 minutes and couldn’t reach the office and there was nobody on site to be found. I wanted to let them know about the faulty mirror and couldn’t because once again no one was on site. Overall, if you all don’t end up, reimbursing me more than this hundred dollars offered I most definitely will be going with budget or Penske in the future. It’s unfortunate because talking with the guys there at the pick up location and also picking the truck up went so smoothly but customer service from there on out has been about as bad as it gets. Unfortunately, you guys aren’t taking the seriousness of this huge truck with no mirrors serious. An offer of $50 and then settling on 100 feels like a gut punch.

Linton SThe truck only had 3/16 of gas in the tank when I picked it up. First stop I made was to get gas. I know you charge when the truck is brought back with less gas than when picked up. Where does that money go? It should go to the pickup location and have gas tank filled.

STEVEN AClosed trailer with several hours of furniture inside leaked through the roof, water on top of wooden china cabinet and bookshelf, covers all wet on top of leather sofas, items on the floor near the door on floor including water on paperwork inside a foot + high trash can! No service at drop off, said to unhook trailer with a dolly myself. Person, not seen, said wasn't there to assist at 12:45-1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday!

AMBER HHad one big problem, otherwise the truck was clean. The windshield wiper worked initially to clear the window. However when we got rain 20 miles down the road, it would not work at all. I pulled into another U*haul shop on our route to see if they could check a fuse or whatever, but they were closed. Rain eventually stopped and then the wiper worked fine again. That was our only issue but we considered it a major safety problem.

Debra SI was given the truck with a quarter yank of gas I drove the truck 40 miles and I put $25.00 dollars in the tank before returning it which it was at a quarter tank when I dropped it off and I was charged another $18.00 and change I was ahocked for the milea I drove that it cost me $43.00 dollars in fuel. A bit ridiculous otherwise everything was fine. Thank you.

Leonard DVery bad service. It was my first and last rental. The truck kept stalling, the AC didn't work. I received the truck with half a tank of gas, and when I returned it, it was also half full. They demanded I fill the tank, otherwise I'd have to pay $68, and they wanted me to pay for the AC repair. Very bad service. If anyone rents from there, take videos of everything to have evidence and avoid future headaches.
