My experience was horrible I tried too rent a tow dolly from this location on Catherine St but none were available. I then was told I'd need too reserve at another location out by the Lake and I'd have too drive 16 miles out side of town too pick up my dolly . So I did " but Only too discover up on arrival there was no dolly there either..!! I then was told I'd have too drive another 34miles too the city of Winchester Ohio too pick up the dolly.. And since the car I was hauling was in Hillsboro OH ! I had too then drive the 18 miles back too Where the car was located. This situation cost me plenty & gas and put me over 2.5 hrs behind schedule..I was told I'd receive a $50.00 credit and the rental would only cost me 6.00 and some change . However since I did not want too take the dolly all the way back too Winchester I told the lady at the Uhaul on Grace's run I'd most likely drop it off at the location on Catherine St ...She replied if you do that I need too change the whole reservation too a One way and will hold you up another 45min or so ..Which is crazy because if Catherine St would have had the dolly in the first place it would not be a 1 way it would be an in town rental and what it should have been considered...I decided why not just return the dolly here in town at the location I originally wanted the reservation at anyhow and not hold myself up another 45 min as I was upset about all the run around I was getting ....Bad Move!!! I was charged almost 4 × the amount originally quoted because I dropped the dolly off here in town instead of driving it way out of my way back too the location in Winchester that I was forced too drive too to begin with. But that location was so far from my original reservation location I figured they wouldn't possibly hold that against me after the run around I had the day before .. I figured at worst I wouldn't get my 50 dollar credit ...But too be charged 4× as much... $198.00 on a rental that was suspose to cost $6.00 ? So I disputed the Charges with U haul was told I'd receive a call from a manager within 3 days ..?? No one has contacted me as of yet and it has been 72hrs since I have disputed the charges and I've yet too hear from anyone??..
JAMES S.The owner of this small business is a little pushy and doesn't let you get many words in. If you use this location make sure you know what you want and stick to it. Overall though It wasn't bad. Thankful this business does uhauls on the side because there's not alot around that do.

Kenny M.We stopped at three gas stations to put gas in the truck before turning it back in, but all three stations were out of gas As there is a gas shortage in our area. We didn't want to pay the UHaul gas rate but we had no choice. The truck was left with less than a quarter tank for the next customer who was renting the truck when we returned it. The rental company we used was great!

CONLEY D.There was no one at the office where we were told to drop the truck at 8 a.m., which we did. The office was a small utility building inside a fenced area. Trucks were parked in a muddy grassy area even though there was some graveled areas. We called the number on the door, no answer. We were surprised to not find anyone at the office. I received an email later in the day that my credit card had been charged and additional $75,08, much to my surprise!! We had done everything we were told to do!! I called the lady at the number listed on my original receipt and she said she had to mop the truck! We swept it and left it as we found it. It obviously had not been thoroughly cleaned in the past, but we left it swept out, not that there was much to sweep out. We have dropped U-Haul trucks in the past and left the key with no charges!! When did this start? We were told she was only following corporate mandates and there was nothing she could do about the charges. She was polite and told me to call the business we rented it from and maybe they could help. No help, just told to call corporate office, which I did and filed a complaint.Also we realized the right back up light was not working when backed in to unload. I let the lady know about it. Obviously the equipment on the truck has not been checked to make sure it is in working order before being sent out. I would appreciate a refund of the additional $75.08 this office charged me. Mary F.Trying to make arrangements without having a person to talk to was annoying And slow but manageable. U-Haul is incredibly overpriced for what they offer. The truck was an absolute piece of junk though, drove very rough and got terrible gas mileage. I definitely will look at other companies in the future.

She was prompt and I felt she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Hopefully I don't but if I move again I'll definitely be giving Cathy a call!! Thank you for an easy move!
