I love Graceland Portable Buildings in fort Mohave. Staff is very friendly. had an issue with this truck I rented though.. The ramp is damaged and we could not pull the ramp out. I had three refrigerators we needed to move and I could not load them onto the truck. So the truck was pretty useless. We were able to move stuff we could just set in the truck but all other stuff could not be moved. We also had a washer and dryer we could not move as well. The is the first time getting a truck like this from this place.. i have rented several times and this is the first time it was a waste of money.CHRISTOPHER O.

Ryan was in to big of a hurry to close for the day when I arrived. The trailer was in poor condition cosmetic speaking and he had to do a quick sweep job to get some of the dirt out of it. But it did serve its purpose.Howard E.

Our reservation was canceled, not by us, we did not get moving blankets or furniture dolly we requested, the car haulers were not taken care of and there was something wrong with the front passenger tire of the truck.Tracy R.

Very small location. Only one lady there. Asked if I wanted her to help unhitch. I got itDONALD H.
Dropped off before attendant showed up. She arrived just as I was getting ready to leave snd said I dropped off the trailer in the wrong spot. There were no markings for drop off when I told her I had already disconnected and had an appointment I had to leave for she was very condescending with a very negative attitude. The web site said they were open at 7am snd she did not arrive until 8 am so there was no one there to provide help or instructions.HUBERT M.
Reva was awesome. The location was really convenient, the pricing was reasonable. The truck was very hard to drive. It was an awful experience that caused neck strain and pain. I hated every single thing about driving that truck. I put in 13 gallons of gas for less than 100 miles. No cruise control, roll up windows, (!!!) manual size mirror adjustment (!!!) neither of the 12v plugs were working so I couldn't charge my phone. No back up camera for this box on wheels which is begging for an accident. Slippy transmission. I was unable to properly adjust my seat for comfort because they're were literally no controls due the seat except forward and back- and forward didn't go far enough so I had to sit all weird the entire trip. I'll never rent another truck without asking if it has normal, basic qualities that every damn car on the road has. This move I went straight to Uhaul without looking at my options with other companies who rent trucks. But that was such an ugly, painful experience that next time I'm definitely going to explore my options more fully. Just a shippy (and I don't mean shippy) truck and I'm still mad.Rebecca K.

HAVING IT NECESSARY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER A BILLING ISSUE, THE WAIT TIME WAS OVER TWENTY MINUTES. THIS IS WAY TOO LONG AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED AND IMPROVED.EUGENE L.
SCAMMERS! I picked up my truck with 1/2 tank of gas in it. I confirmed this with the lady at the desk before leaving. I drove only 20 miles and put in 3 gallons of gas. All of this was documented as well. I dropped off the truck after hours because I finished with it early. The next morning, I got a receipt in my email for an extra $32 for 7 additional gallons of gas. I spoke with a man the next day asking for the bogus charge to be reversed. He told me to pound sand. TOTAL RIP OFF! AVOID!JONATHAN W.

The person who helped us was very nice and helpful. But we had set up on july 6th to pick up in Kingman on july 15th, but had to drive an extra hour to Fort Mohave, then another hour back to pick up equipment. So 2 additional hours of driving to pick up. We received an email on the 14th changing the pickup location, so no time to make other arrangements.Elaine W.

Called the Mohave Valley office and informed them that I had not rented a uhaul and my name is not Craig. The woman I spoke to said she would let the company know. I got more notices about this transaction and Sen a message that this is not me. And I continue to get these notices.CRAIG D.
I reserved my trailer in Boulder City... but had to pick it up in Fr Mohave AZ due to a trailer shortage... the location in AZ called and confirmed an appointment to pick up quickly, and were there to meet us... He was careful to check the hitch and lights... safety first.Randall H.

The location was clean and appropriately organized. The on-site Manager, a gentleman named Bill, was professional, on time, conversant, and had great working knowledge of the equipment.
