I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have watched this companies services degrade massively over the last 30 years. My last 5 rentals have not been hassle free from UHAUL. The store I rented from was awesome. The Van was there this time. But the reservation was not made for the correct dates and I had to invest 2 hours to clean up that mess. Almost lost Equipment Availability. The recent Security Breach is the last straw. Your CS and phone Centers are full of laztMicheal M.

Should get some accommodation for over filling gas. I watched the tank as I was filling but needle jumped at ahalf to way over. Not the trucks fault, but cost me like $15 extra. So coupon or somehing would be a legit accommodation. Used uhaul twice in one moth.Jared Y.

The ramp was not attached when removing it from the vehicle to place it on the ground it fell off of the truck and dropped onto my left toe is left toe smashing it and breaking the bone.AARON D.

The reservation process was a bit confusing, having never done this before. I had chosen a location that was a gas station down the street. But when you clicked into the reservation it showed the actual reservation of a rental place on an entirely different street.Nathan A.

The vehicle was full of long white dog hair. The guy who took care of the transaction was, in my opinion, unhelpful and almost rude. This is not a customer service based company. I had the vehicle for less than 2 hours and I ended up paying over $50 dollars and I'd expected to pay about 30 or so. I probably won't be returning for service.Tia S.

The gas tank was only 1/4 full. Had to fill up right away because I was headed to Wausau to move my daughter back to Appleton.Sherry N.
Nothing could be improved, everything went smoothly and the people at the store were more than helpful. My son suddenly found out his new place was available to move in THAT DAY, with no warning and no advance planning. It could have been a nightmare but we were able to get a nice truck on very short notice with no hassle and everything was great. It made the move a lot less stressful. The guys even found a dolly when there didn't seem to be any available, and that was huge because the place has the longest hallway I've ever seen. The dolly was a lifesaver.Angela C.

Please Improve the app and off hours experience. I registered everything in advance. Then had to have phone calls made to additional people before I could pick up my rental. Multiple phone calls for that. All that should have been asked for when I reserved it.Jeffrey Michael O.

I picked up the truck and as I started driving something was banging around in the back. When I got to the furniture store where I was picking up my new furniture I opened the back and the floor was covered in blow in insulation and the dolly was rolling around in the back. When I called to tell them so I wouldn't get charged for cleaning or the dolly it was like I was putting them out.William R.
Everything was good and went smoothly. The only negative part of my experience was having to drive further than originally planned (Appleton instead of Hilbert) due to the location being closed for the holiday weekend; so that increased my total cost.Megan G.
