I used this location before and the truck I needed was ready when I got there early morning. The two wheel hand cart and movers blankets were already in the truck. I hired two people from a company recommended by U- haul, Complete Movers. They were excellent. I am very satisfied.James R.

I had reserved a 9' Cargo Van but got assigned a 10' truck This was more than I needed or wanted and I'd picked that day in particular because the truck was available. Self checkin/ checkout was easy at least.Krista D.

Make sure you look through the truck while at the store! They pulled my truck around and told me everything was all set. When I got to my house and opened up the back I found the blankets were out of the bag and the dolly was not strapped in. I called the store immediately thereafter several times never able to talk to anyone. A week after they had sent me my receipt I had a charge on my credit card for using the equipment and no receipt for the charge! The only reason I went to this location in the first place is because the location near me could not get me a large truck. I will never do business at this location again.Jason A.

This is a great place to rent moving equipment in the Appleton area. They have better hours than other locations and the staff is very friendly and willing to help out with whatever you need. They make sure that every customer is happy.Aaron C.

I rented a truck November 14, pick up in Appletion WI, 9:30 am and drop off in Green Bay WI 2:30 pm, Contract 20012317. I was charged in excess of $125for a 4 hour rental. When I contacted the General Manager of the Green Bay store I was told thats the way it works, "You no rent from my store so I can't give you money back" Chargining that amount for a 4 hour rental is unreasonable. I scould have been charged the In Town rate. I will use other services for the next rental.David N.

I noted at pick up that the vehicle was dirty and had a smell. Then at check out I marked that the vehicle was dirty and had a smell so that it was NOT ready for another family to use and I was charged $25 to clean the vehicle. I cleaned the vehicle of my debris, but I should not be charged for someone else's debris.Deborah S.

There was mud on the driver side floor This thing was not wiped down and sanitized the steering wheel was sticky it's Covid pandemic don't you guys have regulations I see the trucks coming and going in the morning before they opened no one sanitize the trucks Good thing I brought A sanitation kit with mekevin V.

I was treated unkindly. The man that was assisting me when very aggravated. The dolly I initially selected was an appliance dolly for $10.00, the man said that I would not need that type of dolly as it's lip is small and would not be affective for boxes. The man walks away and brings me a $7.00 dolly. I asked for a corrected invoice and was told he doesn't have the time to do that I said that is very unprofessional, he said lady I can reach in my pocket and give you $3.00 if you want.. I was very upset I felt belittled. I clean the truck myself which had wood shavings all over it. Right is right, and for a business do disregard and then be bullied by a man that obviously feels he is superior.Vicky S.
