Great River was great! Friendly and quick service. My only problem was I was called by U-Hail (not Great River Auto) the day before my rental (after having a reservation 3 weeks prior) and told that my 24 hour rental was changed to only 6 hours bc someone else needed the truck. To be fair, they did say that I could rent a different truck from a dealer an hour away. Nope! So instead of being able to take our time, plan correctly and be careful during our move, we were forced to just move as quickly as possible throwing caution to the wind, pulling a muscle in my back in the process and busting ass with fewer ppl than planned bc the schedule had changed so drastically. Again, Great River Auto was great, but U-Haul's policy on reservations is horrible!

I was charged for two days when I only requested one....now I will have to argue with Uhaul via email to try and recovery the additional funds that were charged to my credit card. I do not feel it is appropriate for you to just charge my credit card when I did what I was told...

Make sure uhaul is clean and clear and supplies is where should be and not charge customer twice for uhaul u all owe me a refund since charged me twice.

Rental was missing the furniture and appliance dolly that we rented. It was obvious the cab wasn't cleaned, as there were fast food ketchup packets all over.

The trailer right rear tire had low air pressure. The right fender was bent, but the local team did apply a “damaged sticker” once I requested they note the damages. The people were friendly and helped to get me going quickly.
