the young man was very efficient. he was in charge of a lot if places and customers . I never felt neglected or unimportant. he was polite and very helpful. thank you I would recommend this place to others .

The employees had no idea what they were doing. It took me an hour into my rental time to get the keys and get going because they were so confused. They assured me I’d be getting at least $100 of my deposit back which was incorrect, they didn’t know any details and were rude when picking up the truck because they were frustrated with my continued questioning. I wanted to be sure and although they were assuring me they were still incorrect. I don’t recommend this location to rent out uhauls until their staff is better trained on the pick up, return, and deposit information. The truck was clean and well running. We had no issue with equipment.
