Arrived at location and found truck. U-Haul app kept saying a Word lock would be on vehicle but we kept looking and found none. U-Haul chat representative could not help either. When contacting another company to get another rental set up, they mentioned to check the building for the locks. Rental had a lot of grass in it that had to be swept out and back right tire had really low air pressure. Had to go pay for air at a gas station to inflate the tire so it was not flat.

Maybe I didn't read but the online verification was a bit confusing so I took a while to be able to get the truck but it helped me figure out how to return it. Other than that the experience was awesome. Y'all make in town uhaul the BEST
