My only 2 issues were the rates increased twice within a 6 month period and the outside lot for storing large vehicles/boats was always dirty.

ANTHONY C | First ImpressionsI rented a 5x5 storage unit on the second floor. I arrived early the next morning to move in. I loaded a cart and saw a note indicating the elevator was out of order. I went to the office and asked for any unit on the first floor. I was told by the young man that appeared to be under the influence that there were no available units. I had to carry several bins that weighed 40 - 50 pounds up two flights of stairs. The same person made a feeble attempt to help, however, he startled me and I fell backwards on my bottom and my back hit a cart that was left on the second floor. I was injured and he saw it. I was fueled with adrenaline. I told him to leave. Absolutely, useless people. Each and everyone of them. I returned five days later and the elevator was still out of order. The fat female there had the nerve to check if the unit was empty. She returned breathing heavily. She struggled going up and down once. I had to do it for 4 hours while carrying bins. Useless!
Sonia A | Overall ExperienceI had a very frustrating experience with U-Haul storage. After I completely moved out and vacated my unit, I was still charged—not once, but twice. I tried reaching out to the manager multiple times, but never received a call back. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves billing errors. At this point, I feel like I’m being charged for a service I am no longer using, with no support to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

LENA L | First ImpressionsBesides management, the staff is lazy, and slow when management is not around, I have had several attitudes I have not complained about, when they are 30 minutes out from getting off, they will definitely let you know, they are not very happy about you asking them anything, I was also told on move out day by the African guy, whom is extremely slow at his job told me, I needed to pay rent or ask the manager permission to move out, even though I did not have a lock on my storage unit, Mr. Nice nasty also called me a liar in a polite way when I gave him my emergency contact for my truck rental, just cause other people were laughing, at the number I gave him, whether I gave him a fake number or not, I was already upset with the amount of time he took to handle me, and other customers, whether I gave him a fake number or not, it’s not his business to force me to give him another number, and tell me he would not rent me a truck unless I give him a number to somebody that will answer the phone, he didn’t apologize nor did he properly follow the procedure to renting the truck let alone did not show me how to work the app on my phone which I told him and others a few times the app isn’t working on my phone, no one cares, the only helpful people my whole time the was 1 young Hispanic female, and the management ladies, I also smelled one of the staff reeking of marijauna one day, and took forever to help with my situation, I am disappointed that staff becomes lazy, and takes advantage when management is not around, I won’t be back because of that hum bug, other than that the manager is very nice, understanding and helpful, she also responded promptly with incident when I’ve called her before, so please straighten out the staff, they make her look bad
