It took several minutes to sort out access to the gate. The remotes were not working. So I was given an access card instead.

CLENTON J | First ImpressionsCustomer service was horrible. Not deserving of one star. The wait was long. Prices hire than other locations and the free one month storage fee wasn't honored. The clerk stopped to provide a broom to a customer in storage. The clerk became rude because I needed to contact insurance provider to get my home insurance information. I never had to provide it in the past. I had to wait another 30 minutes because the representative waited on another customer. They had to call our emergency contact person. It was just a horrible experiene.

However, the elevator needed maintenance. It had intermittent issues. I was stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes or so before it decided to let me out. I was told I was the 2nd person that day that was stuck in the elevator. They said they had called for maintenance.
