This experience was far from great. The associate was very unfriendly and belittled my intelligence. After greeting him he asked me to cancel my original u-haul and movers and to book through him “that it would be cheaper” after denying his request he continued to treat me poorly. He sent me out to get the u-haul through mud ruining my shoes and I was in charge of gathering my own equipment and cloths. This was very unprofessional. Once getting in the truck it was in poor condition there was food that was open in the truck and the check engine light was on and the associate still sent me out in the truck. The third party moving company booked through the U-Haul site were great and I would recommend them but never this U-Haul location.

The back latch on the door had to be hammered down to be able to close the door. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition and would take 5 or more minutes to get out. The gear shift also would get stuck and not move when trying to put it in reverse or drive. It was difficult to drive overall because of all of the issues. Definitely needs a tune up.

JASON CThe worker, possibly owner who was running the front desk for pick-up was incredibly rude and obnoxious. They clearly had overbooked having dozens of customers arriving at the same time to pick up their rentals. With only two people working, they were severely short staffed and obviously stressed. Instead of handling this mix up in a professional manner, the man at the front desk took out his frustrations on the customers, acting incredibly rude and even yelling at certain points while we all just stood there dumbfounded at his behavior. I will never come back to this location and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it all costs. Those who don’t know how to run a business lose business. My suggestion for improvement would be to get the front office worker into an anger management course so he can learn how to handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully.

Jordan FI had a great experience at this location! Convenient, clean, reasonable. I had come in winter just after some heavy snow and ice so the driveway though fairly safe and easy to manage was a little unnerving but it was obvious that efforts were made to clear the incline for safety.

VINSON QMake sure all rentals are clean before the next rental. There was dog poop on the step up to get into the U-Haul. The guy working was busy helping someone else, so I took it upon myself to get some napkins and spray to clean it. The very nice man did offer to put me in another rental, but I declined due to the fact that I had already switched rentals because the first one was blocked in.
