The truck broke down on the interstate. We got to sit on the side of the road for an hour waiting for assistance, just to be taken all the way back south to start the process over again. Overall I lost over 3 hours on moving day because this location doesn’t maintain its trucks.

Once I got the truck parked for the first time, it would barely start up again. The next time it would not start at all. Apparently the truck had a dead battery. I called roadside service and it took two hours. They still did not arrive. I got someone to do a battery jumpstart charge and I took the truck back to the location. I do not want to be charged for this event since I also had to pay my handyman $60 since he hung out for two hours because I was given a truck with a dead battery.

Most of all, the operator of this location was rude. With him not present, I backed the trailer into a spot and he made a comment about me being unable to back it in. He was unable to unhook it, saying his hands had frostbite, and asked me to do so, which was fine but odd. He then refused to deliver a receipt, rudely exclaiming that I would receive it in my email. I was then over-charged. He also hounded me multiple times throughout the day asking if I would be returning the trailer so he could rent it out to somebody else. His office space smelled of smoke and had a loose, barking dog.

This experience was far from great. The associate was very unfriendly and belittled my intelligence. After greeting him he asked me to cancel my original u-haul and movers and to book through him “that it would be cheaper” after denying his request he continued to treat me poorly. He sent me out to get the u-haul through mud ruining my shoes and I was in charge of gathering my own equipment and cloths. This was very unprofessional. Once getting in the truck it was in poor condition there was food that was open in the truck and the check engine light was on and the associate still sent me out in the truck. The third party moving company booked through the U-Haul site were great and I would recommend them but never this U-Haul location.

The back latch on the door had to be hammered down to be able to close the door. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition and would take 5 or more minutes to get out. The gear shift also would get stuck and not move when trying to put it in reverse or drive. It was difficult to drive overall because of all of the issues. Definitely needs a tune up.

U-Haul’s system added safe move to my trip at the end when returning truck. I have receipts showing it was not on there at pickup and on drop of it was there and could not be removed. I did not want it but was forced to pay for it.

The provided truck definitely has transmission issues and problems with braking. Problems should be resolved before another person is able to drive it.

We dropped off the truck after hours so we didn't see inside the building or any personnel. There was no clear direction on where to park returns.

Nothing all went extremely well,pick up to drop off.Ron and his wife were so kind and helpful when I dropped off the 6x12 trailer. From my experience I found UHaul personnel to be very accommodating and friendly people,please keep up the great work.

The worker, possibly owner who was running the front desk for pick-up was incredibly rude and obnoxious. They clearly had overbooked having dozens of customers arriving at the same time to pick up their rentals. With only two people working, they were severely short staffed and obviously stressed. Instead of handling this mix up in a professional manner, the man at the front desk took out his frustrations on the customers, acting incredibly rude and even yelling at certain points while we all just stood there dumbfounded at his behavior. I will never come back to this location and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it all costs. Those who don’t know how to run a business lose business. My suggestion for improvement would be to get the front office worker into an anger management course so he can learn how to handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully.

I had a great experience at this location! Convenient, clean, reasonable. I had come in winter just after some heavy snow and ice so the driveway though fairly safe and easy to manage was a little unnerving but it was obvious that efforts were made to clear the incline for safety.

I put 7 miles on truck added 2 gallons of fuel and was still charged 22.50 fuel charge uhaul will NOT be getting any more of my business
