Christian BThis location was great and helped with all my issues. I made a reservation at the location off of Main Street online and arrived at the location and they were closed with no 24/7 service to retrieve my Uhaul therefore not allowing me to follow through with my reservation. If you are able to make a reservation when a place is closed, they should be prepared before they are closed to have people come get it from the box or not be able to get a reservation when a location is closed.
Grace CAll the staff we're really unprofessional. I asked for helped from one of the staff in the yard and he just walked away from me and the older gentlemen behind the counter kept rolling his eyes and when I asked for a print out of the contract since they didn't give me one he was complaining the whole time (and he one gave me one page). There was a woman who didn't like the 10" and he was exchanging another one for her and they immediately gave it to me. It had a check engine light and the tire light both on and missing the gas cap and it was beat to hell and dirty on the inside. I was surprised at the shear audacity of this staff. I've used UHAUL plenty of times and never had an issue. This was one hell of an exception.

Kim MNew employees. The two workers were rude and hateful. Not helpful at all. They didn’t finish setting up my mobile pickup option and then would not help me when I got there at my scheduled 8am pickup time to fix their mistake. I stood there for 30 mins waiting until their “computers turned on” at 830. There were about 15 people waiting in line at 830 and the second employee was just arriving.

Nicole HThe guys answering the phone were quite rude and impolite. Yes, they were busy, but the way they treated customers was very unpleasant and unkind. I was helping my mother pick up equipment and when she called to ask about her rental they told her they were busy and couldn’t help her right now. The truck that I rented was dirty. Chips on the floor and water in the door handle. The rental place said that u-haul didn’t have any dollies available, so if we rented one we would have to rent from them. We rented two dollies - when I opened the door, there was a dolly bolted to the door. Finally, when I returned the vehicle they were angry with customers and irritated with everyone bringing them business. As a manager, the way they conduct business goes against everything we were taught. Not professional at all. The only reason I would recommend anyone go to this location is if there are no other options.
Connie BThe truck did not have a ramp in which we were not informed of this when we rented the truck. Having a ramp would of been helpful with loading and unloading our furniture, as well as most likely would of prevented injuries that were incurred. For future renters it is best to either make sure you inform them properly that this particular truck does not have a ramp. Had we known we would not of rented it and wasted our money.

Enoel RHad to drive to another location to pick up the vehicle transport even though I coordinated four days in advance and scheduled online more than two months in advance. Literally doing their job for them while using my gas.
Jason COne of the tail lights was not working on the trailer. So I had no left turn signal. Process was good and they were knowledgeable and easy to work with.

MARK GI am a “Maybe” on recommend. While everything worked out well, the office manager was gruff and rather rude. As an adult running a business in the Midwest, I do not think referencing the fact he was from New Jersey makes being rude acceptable. But our rental needs were taken care of which was most important.

I felt discriminated against because I am a smaller woman and came in for a large truck and I had my young son with me.(Only because that was my only option) I was even charged for bed bags and he said I would have to buy them again because he is a private dealer so even tho I paid for them I had to pay him again or I couldn't have them even after I showed proof of what I paid for.. the truck had hot Cheetos all over the I side of the cab I took pictures to prove it was not from me.. the truck Ran great I loved the truck so I would recommend but just be prepared to deal with rudeness
AUTUMN MIn my online reservation I asked for two dollies. I expected the ones with the U-Haul branding. Not only were they not on the truck, but I was told that dollies were on "a first come, first served" basis. However, they had one subpar dolly without U-Haul branding that they rented to me for $7.00. I believe these belonged to the owners of this franchise and suspected that they pocketed the money without sharing with U-Haul. I was not the only one who went through this. During my 45 minute wait as they processed everyone, a woman came in livid because when she got to her moving site and opened the back of the truck, there were no dollies for her either. The clerks there calmed people down by saying, "You haven't paid for them, so there is no charge." They then offered up a similar subpar, unbranded dolly like the one that they offered to me. The only bright part of the long wait (I had a reservation, mind you.) was a little dog that was running around the office. Since I like dogs, I found the little female amusing and comforting while waiting in line.

Skye Hdon’t charge $15 for gas when the customer returns it with the same amount that was originally in it, free i paid $15 to get it to where they told me to return it at.
trey oWorkers made it difficult to understand what was going on, and made the self-checkout process extremely convoluted. Got the wrong truck keys despite giving them the right information, and then was unaware until I had left the place and already driven away. I was able to make it work, but the process was made infinitely more difficult than it needed to be. Staff are not kind in the slightest.

JOHN CThe truck broke down on the interstate. We got to sit on the side of the road for an hour waiting for assistance, just to be taken all the way back south to start the process over again. Overall I lost over 3 hours on moving day because this location doesn’t maintain its trucks.
ALANA SOnce I got the truck parked for the first time, it would barely start up again. The next time it would not start at all. Apparently the truck had a dead battery. I called roadside service and it took two hours. They still did not arrive. I got someone to do a battery jumpstart charge and I took the truck back to the location. I do not want to be charged for this event since I also had to pay my handyman $60 since he hung out for two hours because I was given a truck with a dead battery.
JEREMY BMost of all, the operator of this location was rude. With him not present, I backed the trailer into a spot and he made a comment about me being unable to back it in. He was unable to unhook it, saying his hands had frostbite, and asked me to do so, which was fine but odd. He then refused to deliver a receipt, rudely exclaiming that I would receive it in my email. I was then over-charged. He also hounded me multiple times throughout the day asking if I would be returning the trailer so he could rent it out to somebody else. His office space smelled of smoke and had a loose, barking dog.

RAFAEL RThis experience was far from great. The associate was very unfriendly and belittled my intelligence. After greeting him he asked me to cancel my original u-haul and movers and to book through him “that it would be cheaper” after denying his request he continued to treat me poorly. He sent me out to get the u-haul through mud ruining my shoes and I was in charge of gathering my own equipment and cloths. This was very unprofessional. Once getting in the truck it was in poor condition there was food that was open in the truck and the check engine light was on and the associate still sent me out in the truck. The third party moving company booked through the U-Haul site were great and I would recommend them but never this U-Haul location.
Rusty SThe back latch on the door had to be hammered down to be able to close the door. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition and would take 5 or more minutes to get out. The gear shift also would get stuck and not move when trying to put it in reverse or drive. It was difficult to drive overall because of all of the issues. Definitely needs a tune up.

ALEXANDER FU-Haul’s system added safe move to my trip at the end when returning truck. I have receipts showing it was not on there at pickup and on drop of it was there and could not be removed. I did not want it but was forced to pay for it.
