Laura MI had no problems with this location at all. In fact, it’s one of my favorite spots to pick up a U-Haul. But upon putting the trailer on the truck, there were no brake lights on this covered trailer. He tried to look for other options for covered trailers and it did take him some time, but there were none available. He ended up telling me that he give me a 6 x 12 open trailer and after much thought I decided to go with that even though it would involve a lot more work for me to transport the furniture I was transporting. Overall Guzman tires is a class act. I’m just disappointed that the U-Haul covered trailer Did not have working lights. I was also more expensive to get the trailer I did not want. However, I was able to transport my furniture and everything worked out really well in the end. U-Haul is a great company.
Bryon VMy rental on Saturday, April 6th was probably the best experience I've had at a U-Haul retailer. Both the pick-up and drop off were efficiently handled with no waiting. Next time I need a U-Haul truck I'll call Guzman Tire and Brakes.

Janet OWe were informed since pick up time requested was 8am and the location does not open until 9am we could do mobile pick up. When we arrived at 8am we could not complete the mobile check in. I had to call customer service and they informed me that the location did not set up the truck for mobile pick up. We had to wait an hour in order for the location to open and do an in person check in

Sixto FI requested furniture pads and there weren’t any available. I was still charged for them.
Angel SLocation requires you to check in EVEN when you opted in mobile pick up with phone. The one guy working here was rude and not friendly. Killed 30 minutes waiting for keys since the one guy working was busy.

Aidan LMy only complaint was not being able to use trailer one way. I had to pay for 3 days as I was not immediately returning from Sacramento back to Gilroy. However the trailer had Virginia license plate so someone drove it one way! But service was good.

Michael WI reserved the uhaul for 5 hours but they called me at 3 hours to ask when I was returning it. Then called me again at 4 hours to ask me again. I was charged a $59 fee on top of the $29 a DAY(not hour) fee plus mileage. I thought it was supposed to be the $29 + mileage but apparently there’s a hidden $59 fee.

Tamara SWhen I recieved my return receipt it showed a $48 safe tow damage coverage. I had declined that charge from my inception of my reservation. I don't know why I was charged this fee.

COLIN RLocation did not have the dolly I paid for, I was told to drive around and check the other uhaul locations in town. The trailer was dirty and I was delayed due to the light cord being inoperable. What a joke….
