The woman at the desk was very friendly but it took me a while to be served- she did not seem in any hurry which was frustrating for me on that day because we were two hours behind moving schedule due to failure of our original UHaul location to serve us. I felt it could have been quicker and more streamlined. But overall it was an OK experience and the contract and billing was clear and understandable.Carly W.

Couldn't get anyone on phone multiple times. Very crowded business with minimal space. Charged for insurance after I had checked decline when reserving...they asked my husband when he picked up truck, and he agreed. Not the most organized experience. Truck was great though!LUIZ D.

Worst experience ever with any company in my life. Scheduled and appointment for a pick up truck at 11:30. When I got to my appointment the only worker in the whole building was outside talking to another customer, so I waited in the wait area until she finished, once she checked me in it was 11:45. Once she finished checking me in she advised me they do not have the pick up truck at this location (even though the website allowed me to reserve it) so I was stuck with the big truck. At this point she sent me a text message to confirm the truck didn't have any marks etc before leaving. She sent the text 3x and the link would not work so she then sent it to my email and it finally worked. At this point it was already 12:00 and my reservation was supposed to be at 11:30 for 2 hours. I was under the impression she would change the time since I didn't actually leave until 12:00. Upon returning the truck at 2:00 she then told me I gotta as considered late and would be charged another day. I questioned why when we didn't even leave until 12:00 and that was not my fault. She then told me I can take it up with the manager. Once we get inside to speak to the manager, the worker tells the manager about the situation but says our appointment was at 11:00 and we showed up late at 11:30. I then said that is not true I have a screenshot of my reservation in my phone for 11:30. The manager then starts yelling to me and the worker telling both of us to â€œshut the hell upâ€ and then tells me not to correct her employee and that she is the boss not me. My husband then says ma'am we are just trying to explain the situation but your worker is lying about the reservation time. I then ask to speak to her boss, the manager then yells â€œ I own this mother fucker! Both of you leave now or I will call the cops!â€ Of course we do not leave because I would like to know why I am being charged for another day and trying g to explain to her the situation. She refuses to talk to me or my husband and continues screaming GET OUT NOW I AM CALLING THE COPS! So low and behold. We exit the building and I see that I have been charged TWICE and have no one to talk to about what happened because she refused to speak to us. I will NEVER use Uhaul ever again in my life. I can not believe we were treated like this.BRANDY S.

I wasn't told at rental that an after hour charge would be $20. I was just told that it was no problem if I returned it after hours. We got to the store at 4:45 or so and just parked the truck, dropped the keys, which was the instruction, and we left. Had I known that all I had to do was run in to give them the keys in order to avoid the $20 charge, I would have since we got there before the store closed. It was frustrating too because we originally had reserved a confirmed truck at another location. That location didn't have the truck and referred us to another location. It's just frustrating because all around I was given misinformation not only on the truck being confirmed by the online reservation system but from the referral store, that was still open at return, not mentioning the return fee. Seriously, I would have run in because we were there before the store closed. And I believe that they were off in their return mileage because there is no way we put on 81 miles on a local move.BARBARA R.

6x12 Trailer right rear tire was completely flat. site had no air and would have to call a tow truck for air. i had my own air pump. also, hitch had great trouble getting on the ball, same ball i used for the last 7 uhaul trailer rentals in the last 2 years. i had to use my tools to try to get the latch around my ball, as it seemed to be distorted for some reaosn.Omar Z.

Truck stunk fro cigarettes. Made the 1000 mile drive horrible. Had to drive during rain storm. Windshield washers were severely worn and truck storage area leaked damaging boxed contents.TODD K.

Moving from a flooded apartment, because of a hurricane. Returned the truck back an hour late, and they charged me another 118.00 dollars!!! During these hard times, and all they cared about was money!! I will never use U-Haul again, and will let everyone know! Mileage rates are ridiculous and U-Haul takes advantage of it's customers!!!!Erik F.

The location was not prepared for my rental. The specific U-haul equipment for checking out was having problems. The rental agent did handle the situation but had to redo the transaction. I had made a reservation thinking that it could be expedited but this was not what happened. This location did not have the appliance dolly I had reserved with the scheduling agent but it was not there as promised.Bernice B.
